My spouse just went through the drive through there with me on the phone and the employee working the window (I think her name is Heather) was so chipper and full of laughter, I just had to leave a review. We don’t get fast food often, but when we do we go to this Burger King because the night staff is always so fun and energetic and sometimes we stop for breakfast or lunch and pick this one specifically for the window woman Carol who is also an absolute delight! I hope they never lose their drive to hire awesome employees here.

Staff is friendly and fast. Food was perfect. The dining area would be much more welcoming if they added some sun blocker shades to stave off the afternoon sunlight that is glaring through the window.

Food is great, but service… getting breakfast twice from there and for example say I want two biscuit sandwiches at 930am they will say well we only have 1, breakfast is served till 1030, make some more then? Poor customer service. Any other location noone has ever said that to me.

Got yelled at by the old man manager for carrying in a drink from Taco Bell while just… picking up a mobile order at the front counter. Had literally just walked in the door with a full cup. Told me to get out of the lobby or throw my drink away. I won’t be coming back.

Best B.K. I’ve been to.. several times over two years, and the food looks just like the pictures!! And tastes great, burger and onion rings were hot! That never happens, have you been to a Taco Bell.. what is that they serve? This Burger King location really takes pride in all they do.. very rare nowadays!

Food is like warm, but I can’t expect much from fast food. However my problem is the staff is very short and rude. They don’t even give you a chance to talk when ordering through the drive through. Then for this specific (Richmond, MI) location to not allow up-grades on food/drinks, like getting a frozen Coke with a kids meal is absolutely crazy, when other locations allow it. We drive to the St.Clair, MI location even though it’s 15 minutes away as opposed to 5 minutes, just because of the rudeness of employees.

Love my local BK, always hot and fresh. Always friendly staff. *Please hire someone to power wash the kids play area, it is nasty in there and one of the only places young kids have to play on a rainy day in town. Other than that, highly recommend.

Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to. Very clean and up to date. None of the seat cushions were cracked or worn out. Great fast service. This location was also the first one I’ve seen that had optional kiosks to order from.
