This place looks nice and I’ve only gone here a few times. The service is good and the employees are nice, but it seems like when you order in the evening nothing is fresh. And for some reason they absolutely drown your burger in mayonnaise. Other than that it’s good. Would go again.

Idk how people like this place. Food is dry. Nothing seems fresh. This is the worst fastfood in New Baltimore. Both neighboring restaurants atleast seem fresh. This place sucks. Horrible service and food. If I had 4 hands, they’d all be thumbs down. Apparently they don’t care either, cuz I seen someone with same complaints and nothing has changed. Don’t go here. Go to Popeyes or McDonalds instead.

In the past several months, the Burger King in New Baltimore on Green Street has been terrible. The food is always cold, to the point where the cheese doesn’t melt. I had the Whopper, Jr. And once again, it seems as if it was left out for a long period of time without the heat lamp. Isn’t meat supposed to stay at a certain temperature???? I have gotten food from there at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the only time in months that the food was hot…..and I eat in their parking lot!!!!!

Used to go to the drive thru everyday before work. But i dont think ill ever go to that BK after several mistakes. Paid over 7 dollars for a small fry and chicken fries only to find out they only gave me chicken fries. Couldnt go back because id be late for work. Also another time i ordered 2 drinks and they gave me one. I dont get how that happened even after repeating the order back to me.The old lady looked at the order and said “well, it only says one drink. Have a nice day” If you ever go there, please check your order before leaving and always ask for a receipt! Otherwise they will rip you off!

Second time getting very old food. You can tell the food is old or not cooked the way francis rules layout. Old dried out fries, burger buns dry and flaking and old tasting burger. To cover up, they drowned the burger in manyaise. Gross!

There is a reason no one is in line to eat here while every other fast food is backed up on a Friday evening at 6:30. My burger and fries were room temperature, disgusting. I have tried this location 4-5 times since they opened, and I may have had 1 decent meal. Whoever owns this place, are you trying to go out of business? Never again for me.
