Went 1 time and got some onion rings but what i got was scorched and rock hard. Attatched are picks of the burnt onion rings. Most of the rings were like this.
Went a second time and ordered, 3 burgers, a sm fry, and onion rings was pulled ahead in drive-thru, watched 4 cars get their orders and leave while waiting over 20 minutes for food that was just sitting there while all the workers were standing around!
Walked inside and asked for a refund, and her response was an eye-roll, and called for the manager.
This is my LAST time here and will remind everyone how shitty this place is.

Stopped in to get 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants with a extra egg on both. Checked at the window to make sure there was a extra egg and this is what I got. (See picture) showed person at the window and they insisted he seen them put the extra egg on. Fine you saw them but how is that one a extra one when it’s not even half a one

Stopped at Burger King ordered impossible whopper meal and this fish sandwhich meal. Waited additional 5 -7 min for fresh drop of fish sandwhich and whopper. I got home and this is what was in my bag. I had driven several hours and wasn’t about to turn back around. Do better.

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit at 10:25 on a Friday and within five minutes of leaving there and open it to eat it the whole thing is harder than a rock. I called back to talk to a manager who would not give me his name and told him about it and he asked me what I wanted to do. I said well you’re not serving breakfast anymore but why would you serve breakfast to customers that is very hard, He did not answer me and just hung up. Very Beyond rude for being a manager and he said he was and this is February 14 the morning shift 1030 breakfast finishing up time so whatever manager that is on duty. Is very rude and does not care about his customers or the food or quality of the food that they put out! I called back again and asked if I could have the corporate number and I was asked why I said because I would like to have the corporate number please I was speaking very nicely. The response was well. We need to know why you need it in order to give it to you.. I asked if a customer asked for an owners number of a place or the corporate number isn’t that to be given out and I got hung up on again, By the same manager because he had the same voice. So Mr rude manager. I will figure out how to contact corporate because you should not be so rude to burger kings customers!!

Place was disgusting! Very dirty! The employees acted like they didn’t want to work. Very rude. The manager didn’t have a lot of help he seemed to be working the whole front end and drive thru! As a manager myself I would have fired them all!!

I have never once gotten to order at this burger king, every time I pull up to the drive through I’m told to please hold a few minutes. I wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes and just drive away. cant rate the food or atmosphere cause I’ve never been able to experience it.

Went here last night 8/31/25 around 8:45 PM and after I ordered at the window and said “thankyou” I heard a woman in the background mock me. I pulled up and asked the guy working the window if someone had just mocked me in the background and he said yes, I called them out and ended up asking for a refund and going to McDonalds. Maybe if you had any understanding of manners you would maybe also say thankyou. Whoever that lady was lost you guys a customer and should definitely be taken care of so this doesn’t happen in the future.
