The worker by the name McKenna gave my party the best experience anyone could ask for. She was sweet and even double checked our order reading it out to us. She was so nice and felt happy to serve us. You should give her a raise because from what I saw she was the only person I could see in that kitchen. If I could give a ten I would.

Stood in the lobby for 30 mins before I was even acknowledged. Then a girl came with a non-chalant attitude as if I was bothering them while they were back there gossiping. Food was not cooked all the way. Gross food and gross employees. When I mentioned how nasty the attitude was Savanna told me ” Well there are other Burger kings around!

I just wanted to say i had the best customer service experience today at the drive thru from Stuart! He made sure my order was correct and made the ordering experience easy and fun. The young man with the pony tail who handed me my milkshake angrily and without whip cream however is the reason i only give four stars for service. Onion rings super hot and fresh too .

I was having a really bad day and i was hangry so i stopped for food here and this amazing lady named Savanna was super kind to me and never stopped smiling! She made my day, truly an angel sent by our lord and savior Jesus Christ! Amen!

I called on 10/22/2025 @11:02a I asked to speak to the store manager/GM after my terrible experience with eric(Kyle is the name he gave me) she said I was speaking to her an that the situation was handled but she was very rude in the process of our conversation I asked her name & she wouldn’t give me her name she sounds like the older employee who was in the drive through on 10/21 when I had the incident with Eric but all an all she was very rude to be the “GM” of the store. I wouldn’t trust this store all they do is lie a give fake names or no names.

I ordered a whopper right off the broiler after long hard days of work thinking that I was gonna have a fresh burger and I’m pretty sure they just took something that was sitting in the window and put it in the microwave. They put so much condiments on it the bread was breaking apart. It was an edible. This was a whopper…Never going back.

Eric is a terrible manger I asked for his name an he told me Kyle (saying it’s his middle name an he goes by both) even after I heard the employee at the window call him Eric.
