Usually like going here but my last visit was terrible. It was a drive thru order. I order a whopper without onion and mayo. It came regular. I order a rodeo burger got a reg cheeseburger. I order onion rings and got fries. I order a regular coke and got diet. I order cinnamon roll for no icing. Nothing was right but a glass of water! Seriously no attention to detail!

Amanda is very rude and unprofessional! Not sure why she is a manager. Horrible food and service! Hope Burger King as a franchise has higher standards for other locations. This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! Save your money and time and skip this one!

The GM has always been rude to me. Shes rude to employees she don’t like. When the district manager Dawn comes in she put on a show and is so friendly then. I’ve let it go but when sitting here hearing her talking down about an employee calling them lazy amd cussing with customers in the lobby is very unprofessional
Dawn needs to do a surprise visit and should be asking some employees how she treats them. There are a few who I’ve spoken to on the past claiming her rudeness

The GM is terrible. There was a gas leak and no one was able to contact her and when she found out they had to call 911 for assistance she screamed and cussed at all her employees! Completely unprofessional and clearly unreliable. I will not return. Someone who can not only put their employees at risk with no hesitation but also their customers. That’s not okay. Hope you find a better person for the job.
