The food was good and made right. Shout out to the guys in the back making it up right. That being said, I will not be back. The women working the front register were clearly not on this planet. The lights were on but no one was home. On cloud 99. Word it how you want to but I was not impressed. They were both unable to follow a train of thought and didn’t seem to have the ability to hold a conversation or remember what you ordered while they were keying in the first item you asked for. I find myself very grateful the people in the back, making the food, were more grounded and able to put the sandwich together.

I only give 1 star because it doesnt give option for zero. This place should be shut down. Filthy kitchen . Employees never wash their hands. Cap falls off gas line in the kitchen exposing employees and customers to gas fumes and management doesnt care. GM cusses her employees. All employees have a potty mouth. Unorganized bunch of people. Worst work experience ever. I will never give this place a penny of my money or a minute of my time.

The GM is terrible. There was a gas leak and no one was able to contact her and when she found out they had to call 911 for assistance she screamed and cussed at all her employees! Completely unprofessional and clearly unreliable. I will not return. Someone who can not only put their employees at risk with no hesitation but also their customers. That’s not okay. Hope you find a better person for the job.

Amanda is very rude and unprofessional! Not sure why she is a manager. Horrible food and service! Hope Burger King as a franchise has higher standards for other locations. This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! Save your money and time and skip this one!

I love the Impossible Burger. Everything is always pretty good but the last few times we have went there has been mustard everywhere on our burgers. And a whopper doesn’t come with mustard.
