I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. Despite online information indicating a closing time of 11:00 PM for dine-in and drive-thru, I posted a picture of the… Address and hours. My family and I arrived before 10:00 PM and placed our order by 9:59 PM. I posted a pic of the receipts. As we were ordering, the menu disappeared. The associate stated, “It’s 10, we’re closed.” I stated, “Oh…I thought you closed at 11,” he said, “That’s the drive-through” (I didn’t think anything of it and finished my order.) The order was processed as take-out, which was not our preference, but that was okay. Upon attempting to dine in, we were met with an unpleasant situation. The individual responsible for cleaning the lobby expressed out loud her frustration about our presence eating in the lobby, and subsequently, we were informed, in a raised voice, that we had to leave, as per the manager’s instructions. This interaction was, in my opinion, both rude and inappropriate. There was another gentleman eating at a table and two others at another table, and us, the four that were ran off. Having traveled a considerable distance, we were tired and simply wished to enjoy a meal before retiring for the night. I understand why some customers have given your establishment low ratings. I sincerely hope that the manager will address this matter and take appropriate action. We believe we did not warrant such treatment.
This is not the first time this has happened to me at this particular restaurant. I can’t tell you the last time I had a positive interaction. But pulling a small trailer behind my pickup truck makes it limited to where I can go through the drive-thru at
