This is my first trip here and will definitely be my last. Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, was charged for doubles, received singles. Simple order, couldn’t get it right.

Made a mobile order at this location. I sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Finally made it up to the window to receive my order. The fries were cold not warm even a little. When I politely asked for warm fries I was told that they make the mobile orders as soon as they receive them. Also if I want warm food to order at the window. Lovely!
I was trying to explain that I shouldn’t be punished with cold food because I used an app service they offer. Drive thru window was shut so he could get a manager. I got my warm fries but all the extra and the excuses was too much! Do better cuz next time I’ll go to Culvers.

I crave a whopper with cheese, chicken fries, and buffalo sauce on it every now and again. This place helped me to create that masterpiece for my birthday with it’s truly iconic taste. I’ll be back for more when my hunger for it returns.

Rude and costly. Made my order. When the order came. Iwas short a sandwich. He said he didn’t hear second sandwich.and just stood there and said we’ll do you want another. Of course I do so he charged about half as much as a value meal. Neither one of us consumed the whole sandwiches. Was not a good day for Burger king as a matter of fact the king was the only one that got it( There Way ) OH and by the way No I was not satisfied with ordered 2 sandwiches cresant sausage with cheese, and one without. Real hard one to calculate? Oh but who cares order was to go…….Extremely Happy ….NOTttttttttt.

I recently visited the Burger King in Newburgh, Indiana, and had a fantastic experience. The employee who assisted me was exceptional, greeting me warmly, helping with my order, serving the food, and even offering me a crown!
Their customer service was truly top-notch, and it made my visit stand out. I ordered one of the Wednesday burger-specials, and the food was great hot, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for.

The chicken sandwiches were rubbery and cold. The onion rings were cold also. They have really gone down hill. I used to love the original chicken sandwiches.

They are only taking orders from drive thru leaving counter patrons just standing there. Then when finally take counter orders leave drive thru sitting. Instead of working both (counter & drive thru) one or two at a time. That way everyone gets taken care of in fashionable order. To me this is very poor management.

I love coming here. For fast food this is easily my favorite place to hit up. I will say they messed my order up as i asked for lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo only but added all this. Its still my go to spot tho. Btw… why dont you do military discounts? If they’re active duty and guard you should give it, especially since you give first responders one.
