Standing here as we speak. This is the second time Ive come to this location in a month and both times I stood for 15 plus mins to be helped. This time there was a man that seemed kind of rude to the cashier and he took a min to help. As I stood there I thought about all the crap service workers deal with and how usually it’s for things outside their control. That’s what I figured happened this time. However, after standing with not one person in front of me or behind me for 15 mins while 1 woman in particular walked by me repeatedly but doing NOTHING and this being the second time that they all act as if Im invisible, Ive reevaluated my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, all the other employees appeared to be busy, I guess on drive through as besides the man when I first came in, I saw no one else the whole time I was there. But, the woman that appeared to be the manager just walked back and forth in front of me and a few other employees at least saw me and still did and said nothing. I won’t be back to this location, and while I know they probably don’t care. I hope the right people see this, because if she treated me this way, she does other too. Explaines why the lobby was completely empty. Thanks to the girl that took my order as soon as she turned and saw me. Make HER the manager.

Rude, unfriendly staff. She didn’t listen when we said no mayo and no pickle on the double whopper. She shut the drive thru window before we were done telling her about our order. She handed us our drinks with soda spilled down the side of the cup. And of course when we got the double whopper it had mayo and pickles on it. The absolute worst Burger King I have ever been too! We will NOT be back!

Great place, best location out of all 3 BK locations. Amber gave great service at the drive thru window. Laura, the manager on duty, has always given me great service, every time I come thru the drive when she’s working. Great crew! She’s an awesome manager, & my absolute fave. I hope the corporate people at Bk sees this review. They deserve recognition for their efforts & service they give. Thanks

I placed an order on the app. I pulled up to the speaker and the person said to give them time because the kitchen needs to catch up (at 10pm??). I said okay no problem. I waited a few minutes then they said what do you want. I said I have a mobile order. I said my name and order number. They were very rude with their tone and said “All you had to say was your name and that was enough”. Then when I get home my burger had no cheese that I added on and paid for. I asked for extra pickles and got ZERO pickles. Not even the normal amount. This could have been my 13th reason after working a 12 hour shift. Did they have to go to another country to get my pickles and cheese? Do better.

The service and staff at the facilities are excellent. However, I agree with other comments that the food lacks freshness; sometimes it even gives me a bad feeling in my stomach. If the staff weren’t as dedicated as they are, this place would struggle. To the manager: I highly recommend improving the quality of the food, as your team excels in providing good service.
