Had a late lunch and ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers yesterday October 27, 2025. Window worker was very nice and pleasant but when I received my bacon double cheeseburgers they had raw bacon on them. I took a picture of them, pulled the bacon off and didn’t eat the burgers due to it just being disgusting. At a loss for words, and should’ve went to the Burger King in Bedford instead.

Just to start; I had my $23.28 order through the drive-thu. Pulled to the window to pay.. yes they told me to pull around (made drive- thru order at 6:19pm). Then I wait almost 20 minutes to get food, in the parking lot. So; I myself go inside at (6:36pm) an ask for my food and/or money. An the (owner/Reza hooshmand) didn’t want to speak and just gave my money back. I tried to reason with them, an nothing happend. And also (maria) took my order, but no (maria) to respond to.

Spend 27 dollars on two meals and jalapenos poppers, ask for ranch to dip poppers in snd told I have to pay for them after I already paid. I got a menu item that you dip. Will not be back to this location while in town visiting. The Flys everywhere around the Coke machine is nasty. I should have told you I didn’t want the sprite after I seen that. Nasty restaurant!

By far the grossest breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It was so wet then whenever I took my first by it started streaming out the bottom onto the paper that was in my lap. Then there’s the fact that the quality of the food has been steadily going down while the price has been going up.

I’ve had better service at a BK in Mexico here the employees are miserable and one time I even saw one rubbing one out by the thrash outside while I ordered food at the drive through. Crabs ina bucket.

They had a 5 year old little boy hanging out in the drive thru. That isnt my issue though. I got him on camera digging ice out of the ice machine with his bare hands. The kid had dried stuff on his hands and when i brought this to his moms attention she didnt care and told me they change it out.

I generally never like to leave a bad review unless employee conduct is egregious or the cuisine is pitiful, but I have to be honest here and hope the franchise owner might view this. I have been very disappointed in my overall experience with this Burger King location. I was treated terribly when moonlighting as A DoorDash driver when I came through the drive through to pick up an order (berated and told to come in the door, then the door was locked!) As a customer, I’ve not been treated warmly or felt like it was even worthwhile to stop in when it takes forever to get my food and the quality is terrible.

I’m so disappointed with the service. I ordered 14 burgers, 5 of them are whpr, i ordered extra lettuce, extra onion, extra tomato… and see in pic, i got nothing. The beef is burned also, taste bitter… Feel real bad about this
