After going to the movies with my estranged husband, we placed a mobile order for his food and we drove to the restaurant to pick it up in the drive thru. After arriving, I ordered a Whopper Jr. for myself and I asked for it to be sent through the broiler twice before being dressed with ONLY cheese, mayonnaise, HEAVY onion, and pickle along with a 4 piece order of cheesy tots. What I received was a Whopper Jr. sent through the broiler twice dressed with EVERYTHING EXCEPT HEAVY onion (as shown in the photo). If I wanted my food the way it was prepared instead of the way I ordered it to be prepared, I’ve had asked. For the amount we paid for both orders, one would think the orders would be correct. The reason why I placed my order at the drive thru, in the first place, was because there is NO possible way to order the meat to be cooked well done. Can’t something be done to order food items well done on the app?

Hands down best burger King in muncie. I’ve went to everysingle one few times and I will say this location is the location you wanna come to if you want it right and fresh, customer service was awesome and food was fast and delicious

This is straight nasty. Not even melted bread was soggy and glad I opened it up to see where my sausage was because there was a couple hairs in the cheese!!!! I ordered there new sausage melt and this is what I got…. do better bk waste of money and time to go to another place that is not this incompetent.

30 minutes in drive thru! Couldn’t back up. Mentioned my wait when I made it to the window. Reply was, “yeah, we’re busy.” Forgot fries and no icing with my mini cinnamon bites. What a waste of time!!

Ordered a double whopper jr & got home opened it & only had one patty & it was a regular cheeseburger. Called to let them know it wasn’t right & the ‘manager’ I spoke with was not helpful at all.

My experience here is least bit of pleasant. The fiery chicken sandwich tasted old, the classic chicken sandwich was freezer burnt, both medium fries were heavily salted which isn’t a real problem but it’s definitely concerning since they serve em to kids and there’s enough salt in a medium fry to kill a platoon of slugs. The only real good thing I ordered was the cheesy jalapeno bites. The staff was very pleasant and friendly which makes any experience whether good or bad worth it.

If I am going to eat out… I want customer service not do it yourself crap. I want to see a person smiling and asking if they can help me. I got that from this restaurant. Thank you so much! I went there for the $5 meal deal, but they no longer had it so I went with the $7 something? I don’t know but I got a bacon cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The bacon cheeseburger was great but the chicken sandwich? No, thank you. That thing tasted like a gas station chicken sandwich that had gone bad but was warmed back up again. It was disgusting. Maybe just don’t get the chicken? I don’t know, but I’d hate for someone to get just the chicken sandwich and be stuck with only that option.
