The reason why I’m rating the service and food lower is simply because 9 times out of 10 if I get food delivered from them they do not put any sauces I asked for nor do they give any ketchup even if I order large fries.

This is straight nasty. Not even melted bread was soggy and glad I opened it up to see where my sausage was because there was a couple hairs in the cheese!!!! I ordered there new sausage melt and this is what I got…. do better bk waste of money and time to go to another place that is not this incompetent.

I couldn’t see the name tag, but the female employee (she had a naked lady tattoo on her arm) was very rude to me and my family when we were ordering through the drive thru, and she couldn’t even get the right drink either. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Once again, or should I say as usual, the Burger King on McGalliard Avenue in Muncie, Indiana, forgot part of my order. This is an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve spoken numerous times with management to no avail.
