Did this location lose the ability to heat food? We visit here regularly because it is so convenient, but the time has come to drop BK. I haven’t had warm food from this place in literal months.

We stop in here just about every day to get a sweet tea and normally everything is great. Yesterday we stopped in and the young lady who was getting us our sweet tea, used the last of the tea in their canister and since the cup wasn’t full she watered it down to finish filling the cup.

The food was gross. We have now been here 3 different times thinking that maybe it was just a one time thing, but every time the food has been terrible. Burgers were burnt, and dry one time, and greasy the next. The tomatoes were still green and hard as a rock. The dinning room is always dirty and no clean tables. We will not be back.

Very slow food was ok tables where all dirty appeared to only have 1 lady actually working rest of employees where standing around doing nothing one literally kept hiding by Drive through window and would look around corner to see if we was still there then hide again and there where no customers coming through Drive
