Went in to grab lunch, asked for no onions and to my surprise it had onions. Not only that I had ordered a large fry and it wasn’t even full I might as well ordered a medium and save myself the money. To top it all off the person serving me dropped my fries then scooped them back in the box and served them to me so I ended up not eating them. I will not return to this restaurant anytime soon.

How are you gonna work at a fast food restaurant and mess up a burger that said no tomato add onions? I’m pretty sure the tickets even tell you what something has on it! This hasn’t just happened today either on the weekend I got a normal bacon king burger instead of a bacon king burger with onions, pickles, no BBQ but pretty sure everything else was the same but I got a normal bacon king burger anyhow.

Sub par burger king. As per usual the drinks suck. Got a sweet tea and it tastes like ice water with no sugar. I usually will grab something from somewhere every morning before work as alot of people do. Been here multiple times for them not to be open when they should be so I just drive half a mile down the road to mcdonalds. I’m sure I’m not the only one and that they lose alot of buisness due to this. Do better.

Always friendly and always fresh at this location but I have to say that the Maple barbecue Whopper is disgusting. I have been wanting to try it because it looks and sounds like it would be delicious but it is not! It taste too sweet and too artificial and just doesn’t work. I don’t know how Burger King thought this burger was a good idea

Food was good for industry standard. I went here with a known colleague and we had a good time afterwards. I am unsure whether or not Burger King was directly responsible for this, but I’d like to believe it contributed heavily.

I ordered a fish sandwich and a soda (free refills). My husband got a whopper meal. Food was hot, even the fries. The cashier was quick and polite. I would suggest an employee clean the dining room tables.

Got 2 Whoppers, with LG & SM fries.
Fries were hot and fresh.
Whoppers were terrible. Bread was old & tuff, not yet stale. Meat was flavorless, old, reheated, nuked, definitely not close to good. Little to No lettuce, 1 poor small tomato slice, watery sauce, and onions.
Wife said that this is our last visit to Burger King, Madison, Indiana. We use to stop in frequently.

Said multiple times our order. Put in the burger separate with no fries when said the meal. Didn’t make it plain when said multiple times. Then my chicken sandwich was all lettuce no mayo like I asked. They gave me a medium drink but changed me for a large. Was clearly on sum when taking our order. Very disappointed.
