There’s nothing wrong with the food, tho some of the workers who took my order were a bit rude when I asked about sizes for drinks. When I finished my order, the worker gave me drinks but never said anything about if the rest of our food was done or anything, which I could understand but I was already left with a bad impression. While I was waiting the worker was on his phone the whole time with another worker. When I got my food a diffrent worker gave me the meal but he mumbled, gave me the food quickly (there was one car behind me, and 2 people inside so I do doubt it was actually busy) , and then shut the window.

The food is good but, sometimes salty. The service is good, but at times they forget to give you your full order, mainly if you order from from the app. It is fast food of course, so it is ok for just a quick place to stop and grab something if you are in a hurry or just don’t feel like cooking. If you are looking for quality over something quick and you are from Columbus Indiana, just go to 5 guys.

The people that work here are so incompetent. Every time I go here and order food, they can’t read a freaking screen and make the order right? You have one job to make food. If you can’t do it right, you need to go find Something Else to do. Horrible attitude on top of that. I will never go back to this location. The 1 on 46 is so much better. They have never messed app my order. The management she really do something with all the employees here!

I really enjoyed the ice cream I had. I really love their drink dispenser! Theirs is the new type where you can mix and match anything. I got the diet Dr pepper vanilla cherry. Nice view of the people trail and the bridges.

Can’t go wrong with BK. I’m a fish meal with tea person, I don’t get anything else. Always yummy.
My only complaint is that any time we’ve dined in or used the drive through, they refuse to give us more than 2-4 packets of mayo, saying they’re not allowed to. If we’re paying for our food we deserve to get the condiments we want.

I mostly take-out and go for chicken burger, nuggets and wrap but only spicy ones tastes good. Dont prefer the regular ones anymore.
I wish they had some vegetarian options too.
