I work at a burger joint so I understand when you pull a car usually because you have to make it fresh which I give them it was fresh, unless I cook it myself I’ve never had to wait 13 minutes for a burger. that to me is just absolutely crazy to make somebody wait 13 minutes for a burger total 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was told to pull into a parking spot but it was nice to see that my burger for once didn’t have pickle on it

Went through drive thru. It was a long wait after I ordered to get my food. Only 1 vehicle ahead of me and had to wait almost 6 minutes to get to the window for my food order and then another 5 minutes to receive my food.. I really hope they can improve on their service. I like Burger King. ♀️

Consistency is the issue at this location. Often times the food is cold in the center, but I’m hoping it was just a result of the pandemic issues that affected nearly everyone. I had a double cheeseburger the other day that was piping hot with tons of melty cheese on it. Hopefully, they are hitting their stride again.

They started out great after the remodel. But now, the food has gone the crap. And employees aren’t very nice. Guess I’ll start going to Culver’s. The food is great, employees are presentable and know their job. They are also respectful. And the place is always clean.

Was given the wrong order in the drive thru, went in to have it corrected. I politely told the employee exactly what had happened, (they simply put the wrong order in the bag, as the sticker showed what I ordered) they proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes talking about it with a coworker. After handling the fries multiple times(no gloves), they pulled the food out of the bag and moved it to a new bag for the customer it was intended for. I’ve never worked in food, but that’s a red flag. New food should have been prepared. Management, please do better.

I love our local Burger King. All of the employees are so friendly and professional, and I’ve been eating here with no issues since open. But as of late, the whoppers and chicken sandwiches have been burned. I don’t mind waiting at all in a parking spot for my food. But I don’t want to wait for food and it’s burned. I don’t mind burned food either! Lol but when it’s so burned and stiff that it becomes hard to eat. That sucks, and it’s becoming kind of common the past couple of months. Great place! Great service and employees, just don’t want to eat any more burnt food.
