This used to be the best Burger King in the area. I don’t know what happened but all of the good people are gone. I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive through. That is not considered fast food.

I used the app. Took forever to get through the drive through then my food was cold. There was one car that sat in front of the window and just sat and sat and sat. Why not have them pull ahead and let the rest of us eat. When I finally got to the window the attendant wanted me to pay even though I had used the app and already paid. Then after waiting for the people in front of me I still had to wait 30 seconds for them to hand me my bag out the window. No napkins in the bag and fry container was half empty. Pitiful experience.

Placed an order on the app tonight. Got our order but thankfully we stopped to check our bag – chicken fries were missing, so we went back around. They made us sit and wait for 15 minutes before they even came onto the speaker. So got home and all of our food was cold. And then surprise – no icing with the cini minis either ♀️

This was the worst experience. We typically love Burger King but not this time. First our drive thru cashier (Bershay) walked away from us twice and closed the window while we were asking about the drinks, which we got almost 5 mins after our food. Btw no customers inside or in line outside. The cashier just away from us and another woman started helping us. We had to ask twice for a receipt. We took our food home and things got worse. The triple whopper was suppose to have heavy mayo and was dry and missing veggies. The whopper had mold on the bottom of the bun and the onion rings were so old they were inedible. Called and spoke to manager who gave me the owner’s info which was incorrect and couldn’t give me the contact info for the general manager. They offered to give us our money back if I will drive another 25 mins down there tonight. This place has gone to h*ll and it smells like sewage sitting in the drive thru.

Nasty I went there yesterday and they were serving Hot beverages the coke products were hot and I will be calling the health department as soon as they open I asked if they could fill my drink through the drive through and they put 3 pieces of ice and told me at least it’s something shouldn’t be selling drinks if your machine is broken I woke up feeling sick today

Garbage. Waited 15 minutes to order inside when i was the only customer on line. They ran out of burgers. Mind you this is a Burger King at 130 in the afternoon on a Saturday. 4 menu items later I finally guessed one that they had the ingredients for. Except they had to substitute the Swiss cheese on their Bacon Swiss Royal Crispy with American cheese instead. Soda machine must’ve been down because the cashier asked what I wanted to drink with my meal and I kinda looked over at the soda machine and said just a fountain drink. But she said they had to get it from behind the counter. Then they gave me my food and no drink. And she didn’t seem too apologetic when I told her I still needed a drink. Got a medium Dr. Pepper with 95% ice and room for cream and sugar as pictured.

I only eat out once a week and 95% of the time it is at this BK. The food on Sundays around 12-1 is AMAZING! Every week I get truly great food and service from this location. In general when I eat out locally, I am always disappointed but never at this BK.
