Everytime I come here I order the same thing. A bacon burrito. 2 days ago they made it sausage, so I asked if they could please make sure it’s bacon to which she replied “honey everybody has a headset on” I said I know that but they still make it sausage so I just wanted to make sure it’s bacon im on the clock for work and don’t have time to come back through drive thru. All she said was “mhm”. Very rude. You all have headsets on but still can’t get the little $4 order right. I’m a regular I come thru 4-5 times a week. BK “have it your way” but it’s never my way. I will not be coming back ill go to Kem road location. They need to get it together. And work on their customer service. So we’re not allowed to ask them politely to please make the correct burrito cause “everybody has they head set on”. Then they should be LISTENING and also READING the screen. BEC is not a sausage egg cheese. It’s happened way too many times to count. I will not be coming back.

Given my experience at so many of the local fast-food places, this one is a refreshing experience. I am waited on promptly; the food is prepared with care and the staff are friendly. There also has NEVER been an occasion where I could not find a parking space. The drive-thru is also efficient. Great all-round.

Place was dirty, sercice was slow just to get some wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes on a whopper. If i wanted a quarter pounder i would’ve went to McDonald’s. The onion rings was not crunchy they were also soft and gross tasted like old grease that hadnt been changed

This place won’t answer their phone. I got a coffee for myself and when I got home and looked at my coffee that I hadn’t even had a sip of, I noticed a beetle was just chilling on an Icecube. I checked the drink before but just the label. Not only that, but the guy who took my order was extremely rude. I asked about tap-pay and he got real rude and asked again “Apple pay, Samsung pay? Do you take those?” and he still replied rude.
