Normally I give burger king decent marks because I like them. This one is barely open from its remodel which is good, the place looks nice. I don’t know whether it’s the new staff or what but they are slow. Like sit down restaurant slow. Also you rarely see a real person in the front unless you are being called to collect your food. The new lay out is really impersonal which considering a lot of fast food restaurants are moving in this direction is probably the point. I think it’s sad though that a business that used to be about bringing people together now is putting out vibes of not wanting to talk to you. If there was a net gain in efficiency by refocusing the staff on food then ok I guess but when it takes twenty minutes or more to have food brought to you at a fast food vendor that’s just sloppy. Honestly the vibe is okish but your going to be better off eating at home. If you need something quick but have twenty minutes to burn go a few doors down to Culvers. Their burgers are better, since we now have to wait the same amount of time at least get something you can pretend was worth it

The new layout is awful. Employees do not pay attention to the front of the store. Good luck if you need anything or need a correction to your order. Just waited 20+ mins for 2 meals when there was only 1 other customer inside. Food was fine.

Not terrible..just meh..iced coffee was surprisingly good..spicy chicken wrap was mids..mozzarella fries or whatever they are called were decent but that marinara sauce was trash

I’ve been going here since a little before they remodeled and the service has dropped significantly. Since the remodeled they have repeatedly gotten orders confused even after we’ve given back items from another person’s order! It is always longer than a 10 minute wait, even ordering ahead, and as I’ve seen mentioned, the only time you see someone is when they yell your order is done, and then they don’t even wait for you to get there if something is wrong. The service is impersonal and consistently mildly aggressive, at best passively. I have stated that it might be better and FASTER to drive to the one on the other side of Marion! If you’re looking for a “fast” food place with a wait of longer than 15 minutes at least and probably getting at least one thing wrong, go here, it’s perfect for that.

Though the manager was helpful, I could hear profanity over the loud fans of the kitchen, and yelling at employees. Unfortunately, the restaurant had several families, so at least a dozen kids got to hear an F-bomb today.

The restroom was disgusting. I ordered the $5 Your Way Meal that included 4 nuggets, a Jr. Whopper, value fries, and a value drink. The service was very, very, slow. If I hadn’t asked about my order, I might still be waiting.

My biggest issue is with the app and corporate. For a company whose slogan used to be, “have it your way”, I sure don’t get it my way anymore. Nice upgrades and the staff was wonderful.

The workers were nice but the food was not great. The nuggets were old and hard. The fries not cooked fully and cold. The chicken sandwich and whopper were sloppy with condiments making them super messy and soggy. The sweet tea tasted days old. The drink cup given to make my own drink had coke syrup stuck around the entire rim of it, I had to ask for a new clean cup. The tables were dirty.
