Often get Medium Iced Moca coffee. Ordered same today, nasty, tasted like spoiled milk. Returned it, had her make a fresh one, still nasty. Nothing like what it usually taste like. yuk yuk

The place was freezing cold. Very uncomfortable and unnecessaryly so since it was only 86*F outside. As you can see in my pics the A/C vents had so much condensation forming on them that the staff had to mop up the water dripping throughout the entire restaurant, Very Unsafe. I placed a warning cone in the middle of the dining room so people wouldn’t slip and fall because there was so much water on the floor. There were also mold and mildew spots on some of the ceiling tiles. This excessive condensation has obviously been an issue for quite some time now. Although the staff was friendly and very attentive it didn’t make up for the food’s mediocre taste and poor temp. The kid’s play area was disgustingly dirty. Had not been dusted in weeks or wiped down in months. I highly doubt if the slides were ever sanitized. Saving grace, no ball pit. The health department definitely needs to do an unannounced visit. I would NOT recommend taking your family here for Sunday lunch or any meal for that matter.

On October 31st, 2025, I was door dashing and had to pick up an order from this burger king. Normally you have to walk into the franchise to pick up a door dash, so I went inside and the woman working told me to get out and get in line like everyone else, the lobby was closed. I was very taken aback because I have never experienced being talked to like that in that manner, but I let it go and got in line. Once I got in line I drove to the first window, and she told me rudely that I had to tell them the order threw the intercom even though there was no line behind me or anyone after me. After circling back around and telling them about the name for the order I was there to pick up. The woman who was rude to me disappeared and I asked the man for her name so that I could report her customer service and was told they cannot give me her name. No one apologized to me and the next day when I called in, I was told to speak with Luke the manager and given his number to call. My experience was awful.

I get a pretty easy order of a whopper with only cheese and light pickle and usually a fry if I am feeling it. I order through the app to pick up drive thru. This place usually takes a while (probably 15-20 minute wait) but the staff on Sunday evenings are super nice and cordial. If you are patient, I would recommend this location. If you are in a hurry, I would suggest Taco Bell across the street.

Tuesday 01/13/26 I just ordered Lunch from this Burger King from the drive thru, had a coupon for the food I ordered and guess they wanted to even out the order because I got home and my double cheeseburger was missing!! Drive through was the worst I have seen in the Fort Wayne area, 15 min per car before me and thats just teo csrs which esiting for food was a half hour and there is four cars behind me. Its shamful to wait like this an no apology given no excuse just to look up that’s how it is. Definitely look at a different chain of restaurant or drive the extra miles to a different Burger King than ever to go through this again.

I had food delivered. I asked for no lettuce and onions on my whopper sandwich. They left the onions off, but put lettuce on it. Luckily I am not allergic to lettuce. They also didn’t put marinara sauce in the bag to dip my mozzarella fries in. Get it together and get the orders right.

If I could give this place a sub”0″ rating, I would. We went inside to let our grandson play in the play area. It was filthy. In fact, on the few previous visits to the play area, I don’t recall anyone monitoring the space or ever cleaning tables, but this was the worst. Good thing we carry sanitary wipes in the car. There’s more: we waited 40 minutes for our food, which was mediocre, at best, and our order was incomplete when we finally received it. We won’t be back. Burger King should shut this franchise down. It’s not doing their reputation any good.
