My daughter and I go to this location (spy run) multiple times a week for breakfast and the food is always fresh, not soggy and doesn’t take forever to get, even when you have to pull forward. The staff are always so nice and offer her a crown each time! No one has ever been sassy or rude to us.

Went thru the drive thru and there are like 5 workers outside smoking and like one guy inside doing everything. I ordered 2 chicken wraps with 1 onion ring and LG tea the tea had no ice and was warm. had to pull to the side and wait over 10 mins for the rest and the food wasn’t even hot. There was no sauce in the bag for the onion rings so I had to go back and get that. I highly don’t recommend eating here

I used to love burger king anymore the food is always cold or stale tasting i say no cheese they put cheese this place has went down hill so bad its a wonder they are even open anymore I apologize for the rant but just being honest I never call and complain just had to say something tho

I went there to order through the drive through. I was greeted promptly and asked for my order. I placed the order and sat in silence. After about a minute I got a response “What was it you ordered again?” So I clarified if they had gotten any of my order and they told me “No, she missed it”. So I reiterated my order. After sitting there for another minute, they asked me to repeat my order again. I asked if they were able to hear me and they said yes, but she just missed the order. So I reiterated my order a 3rd time and got silence a 3rd time. Then asked for a 4th time to repeat my order. At this time I opted to just leave. As I was driving out of the drive through they all glared and threw up their hands like I should have been willing to repeat the order indefinitely. The whole time I was placing the order I could see 2 of the people who kept talking on the headsets outside talking to each other while smoking. Normally this place gives great service. But the team on 7/7/2025 at noon were abysmal and may have caused me to never return to this location. Really sad as I was a 2-3 times a week visitor there. Worst service I’ve received in a long time by people who obviously didn’t care at all.
