Most of the staff did well. They were really busy for the amount of staff they had. The manager held himself together well. He had 2 employees in the front. The woman trying her best and a young man who was loosing his shit. He kept saying I cant and was giving major attitude and the manager from the back kept delegating to only take drive threw orders. Thats it. But he was too overwhelmed. I thought the manager held his composure very well to the employee and was able to get our order out timely. The lady in the front was nice and apologized about my wait. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were good. No complaints from me ♡

Been to this Burger King ✨️ for the SpongeBob ✨️ Meal food was out of this world with the SpongeBob ✨️ Meal, service was excellent inside, and atmosphere was nice. It’s very nice and spacious at this Burger King ✨️ location. It was decorated in here and even had a Christmas❤️ tree ✨️ ❤️✨️✨️✨️✨️ up here, very nice ❤️ 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So sad, this used to be one of the best fast food locations on the Southwest side. Today, Friday at 5:45 PM 5/16/25 there was no one in the restaurant and two employees. One woman, maybe a manager, and one other. Dine In. I sat down with my 2 year old granddaughter and my wife went to the counter. The guy ignored my wife while he took drive through orders. Woman disappeared. Food came up and guy just ignored it. After several minutes, my wife got his attention and asked if the food was ours. He acted like he had no idea. My wife asked if we could get the food before it got colder, but too late, ice cold and fries were gross. My wife got new fries, and I chilled down my room temperature Whopper. Also ordered chicken nuggets. cold. Forgot my large onion rings and my granddaughters milk. Onion rings were warm. Good news, milk, like rest of order, was cold! Overall slow service and cold food, and overall just seemed like really bad overall Management. While we ate, several people came in from drive through, and although we couldn’t hear complaints, we could hear the employees profusely apologizing over and over. I don’t think we were the only people unhappy with the food and service. What makes it worse is that used to really be a consistently excellent location. Because of that history we’ll probably give them one more change to see if this was a one time problem, or if it’s really just this location going downhill. This experience was bad enough for me to take the time to review, which I rarely ever do for fast food locations. I have atmosphere a4 because it’s a large generally clean BK.

This was one of the worst Burger King experiences I’ve had. I waited 25 minutes for my food, only to be given cold fries and a burger that tasted sour, which I couldn’t finish.

I also ordered mozzarella sticks, but after waiting a long time, I was told they were out and had to get a refund. That should have been communicated much earlier.

The staff showed no sense of urgency and were talking and laughing as if nothing was wrong while customers waited. The cook looked very unprofessional, which didn’t inspire confidence in the food. On top of that, the manager smelled strongly of weed, which is completely inappropriate in a food service environment and made the situation even more uncomfortable.

Between the poor food quality, long wait, and lack of professionalism, this location needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back.

Drive through wouldn’t take $50. “We dont take $50 bills”. I asked for mgr six times. Told me “ leave now” and “ go, just go” while pointing finger and closing window. I waited , mgr (Dan) did come and he was fine. He explained the store didn’t have change for $50, the other guy was new, etc. I left without getting lunch, felt disrespected.

Went through the drive through and the worker said they’re out of cheesy tots and it would be replaced with jalapeño bites or replaced with fries. We didn’t even get the jalapeño bites we originally ordered, just 4 or 5 things of fries, our burgers and then had to sit at the window and ask the worker for the frozen coke we had ordered before at the speaker.

I went in for the 4.99 meal advertised on the app. After having my location on my app showing this as the nearest location, I was told this location didn’t have it even though it is listed on the menu board. I also asked for onion rings which is allowed on the app for an additional dime, once again I was told that I was unable to do that. They eventually decided that indeed I could. I will not be coming back to this location.
