Waited WELL over 30 minutes for a rather small order in the drive thru mind you, not on a busy night. Was not talked to or even in the loop until my food came. I was told sorry for the wait. Most of that time I watched as the employee was on her cellular phone. C’mon BK Do better!

Had some wires crossed with our online order. The cashier was very courteous about it and resolved it for us with no questions asked. Our order was correct and the food was great. As we exited the restaurant, a stray dog bit my leg. I had to get a rabies vaccination, and the dog was never found. Bitey was brown and white, maybe forty pounds. I worry about Bitey. Has he bitten other people? Will he bite me again? Only time will tell, but next time I come to this location I plan on wearing my shin guards. Well, they aren’t mine, they’re my daughter’s and they’re neon pink. Bring it on, Bitey.

This was a great Burger King. We order and to wait a little but not bad at all for a Burger King. The customer service was fairly good not the best I have had, but definitely not bad service. My Friend dropped a coin in one of those things were you try to catch and he caught it that was cool. Food was good and hot. Overall very good!

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. I paid 4.99 for it. It looked like the double stack from Wendy’s. Which is cheaper. I also ordered 4 large fries which were cold. Had to wait for 5 minutes for my food. My total bill was $27.11. I was not happy with the food. My wife’s chicken sandwich was dry and cold.

I stopped in for a quick late-night snack, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the window, Bailey, was incredibly vibrant, kind, and provided terrific customer service. Despite placing a fairly large order, everything was prepared in a timely manner and came out fresh and hot. It’s rare to experience that level of care and efficiency during late-night hours. I made sure to ask for Bailey’s name so I could leave this well-deserved review. Great job, Syracuse Burger King!

This Burger King has good customer service but tonight we went through the drive thru and were asked to pull up and wait on our food. No problem. We get home and we live maybe 2 miles from this store and our food is cold. The whoppers are so expensive and we spend 30$ for 3 sandwiches for them to be cold. I don’t want to pay that much money and wait for food I have to warm up in the microwave before I eat it.

The burgers were great just like I asked! They told me i needed to wait they were getting me fresh cheese sticks! Well half of them were fresh and great the other half was these in the picture I broke em albin half to show how old these were! Your employees should be ashamed of themselves serving people this! That’s ridiculously old cheese sticks! As far as I’m concerned yall should be fined for serving something that old! I’m disgusted with the fact someone would feed these to someone that worked hard to get their money to wind up getting served this notrosity!
