I love this Burger King! I go all the time. The staff is friendly and the food is normally really good! I visited today and basically everything was perfect. However, I’m writing this review because of the top bun on my Whopper. Serving this is some wicked work genuinely. What happened?? How did it even get so black? The bottom bun was perfectly fine too. I never write reviews but I was baffled by this!

Pulled up to the drive thru, no other car was there they were not busy inside and was told “give me a sec”. Another truck pulled up to the second speaker and was also waiting to place order, after 5 minutes of waiting the truck pulled off. I waited an additional 3 minutes when I finally pulled up to the window I wasn’t greeted or apologized to for the wait instead with an attitude was told “you can’t order at the window”, I explained I was waiting for a while at the speaker and the employee just shook her head and said “well we were busy but you can’t order here you can go back around”. I come here a lot and never had such poor customer service. Employees looked very unhappy to be there unless it was because I’m Hispanic that she gave me such horrible attitude either way the service from her was disgusting!

I went there today at around 4:30. There is some young kid working who was not pleasant at all. I gave a coupon for my order just for him to say I’ll do this one time because you’re supposed to say it at the speaker… to my knowledge as a customer how am I supposed to know? As I order my food I explained what I wanted on my Whopper Burger all for me to get to the window and for the worker to tell me “I knew I forgot something” so that’s already upsetting me because now I’m paying for something else that they forgot. & then I order a drink he goes to tell me last minute as he’s handing me the drink that I can’t have it because it’s not apart of the coupon. At this point this is becoming inconvenient. & also not to mention I asked for them to remake the burger since I had to pay for the cheese. They just threw the cheese on the burger I gave back that they asked for.. as I’m asking for a fresher made burger. I called to speak to a manager & the lines are “busy” I’m very dissatisfied. Especially as someone who works in customer service. Let’s to better.

18 minutes is an unacceptable wait just to place an order when there was no one else in line. Rude Little Miss Sassy Pants taking the order didn’t make anything better by being mouthy with an aggravated customer. No thanks, I’ll pass.
Junk food and poor service can be overlooked when it’s fast and convenient, but you can’t even manage that.

40min wait in the drive thru for chicken fries and 2 drink. Beyond insane when there is 5+ standing at the board doing nothing. Two things are for sure. I’ll never go back to this location, and none of their competitors next door would make you wait that long without apologizing.

This place could be a lot better if they got rid of Amber. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Have had previous issues with her, reported to corporate. Ordered custom sandwiches tonight, she saw us and made the order wrong on purpose. We could also hear her talking shit about us thru the window. Then she had some teenage gorilla stand at the window between us and her. Please fire her! And don’t eat there!

Wow. I deleted a positive review from 9 years ago. Ordered the ultimate platters. Burned sausage, missing biscuit, missing syrup, no jam, dried out eggs and hash browns that felt old. Makes sense though they were extremely busy with me being the only customer in the drive thru (inside was completely empty too).
Last chance BK, this particular one has been long off my lunch rotation because of how incredibly slow they are. (5 minutes to get order taken with one car at the window and a long line of cars behind me), then another 5-10 minutes at the window. Pity too, used to be much better.

Waited almost 45 minutes for 4 meals. Got every sandwich wrong 2 times. And after I brought my food in they are started screaming at each other! It was so unprofessional!!!!! Said the girl in the back is new but should know by now. And then would start yelling at her again because she made the food wrong… again. Absolutely horrible do NOT recommend this place. And to top it off the food was not at all fresh. What a loss

Honestly go to any of the fast food places in the area except this one. If you get the food you ordered it’s going to take an hour. If you get your food quickly it’s going to be wrong. These are your only options.
