I ordered double cheeseburger value meal thinking it was a double cheeseburger med fry and med or lg drink. Lady went to hand me a small drink and I said, “that’s suppose to be a large” and instead of explaining to me that I ordered the value meal this is what it came with she rudely walks away starts screaming throughout the kitchen talking about how she’s not giving me no large drink exc exc.. all she had to do was explain or make the company more money buy asking if I’d like to pay a little more and upgrade my soda. Not professional at all terrible attitude. People don’t want to work for minimum wages but can not be kind or courteous to customers.

I was going through the drive through on Saturday morning. I waited 15 minutes and nobody took my order. I drove up to the window, thinking maybe the speaker was broken and the person inside started yelling at me, saying I needed to wait until she had time to take my order & that I needed to drive around the building to the speaker. I asked her if I could speak to the manager, she informed me that she was the manager.. Quality Dining owns it. I called them to inform on my experience. I left a message and they did not care enough to call me back.

The food was fresh, hot and tasty all worth the $18.91 that we spent. We even let the district manager (who took our order) know and to give the other hard working employees kudos!
I believe that we would never ever get that kind of service at our local B.K. which is approximately 30 miles north.

Went thru the drive thru and had a very rude encounter with the window lady. Treated her with absolute kindness and had nothing but quick and smart remarks back. Im guessing it just wasn’t a good day for her but that doesnt mean ruin others. God bless.

This place is never staffed adequately. I come here every so often and wait 20+ minutes for my orders as I’m always told they only have 2 staff members on site. Not worth it when McDonald’s is right down the road.
Editing 6 days later- I decided to try to give it another shot and the lady taking orders at 7:57pm on 11/3 took over 10 minutes to attempt to say hi. This place is AWFUL, would not recommend coming here. I already reported this location to corporate and recommend you do the same

I would like to inform everyone that this location sucks and needs to be shut down! Waited almost a half an hour for 3 burgers and nobody was in line! Asked for marinara sauce for my mozzarella fries 3 times didnt get any our food was Luke warm by the time we got it they never apologized for the wait…. never going to this location again! If I had to choose to leave 0 stars I would!

Employee that was serving the fries was touching them with his bared hands. Not to mentioned he was touching his hair and headset. I waited in drive through for about 10 minutes went inside same thing , but after seeing how unsanitary everything looked, I left.

As far as fast food establishments go now a days this restaurant has It all!! Staff is super friendly,…. Food came fast and perfectly delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in the realm of fast food. Yes it’s only Burger King but there’s way more of an experience than just going to another fast food place!!

I went up and ordered food and the kitchen cook (Shalonda) who for some reason also had a drawer in her name claimed the cashier didn’t ring everything up. She came up to verify and the cashier (Heidi) who was very helpful , said to show her my receipt. She then said very rudely with no eye contact ” I DONT WANT THAT I DONT KNOW WHY YOURE SHOWING ME!” I then told her I was just showing her the receipt like I was told and she then threatened me and said “I DONT KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOURE TALKING TO BECAUSE IM NOT THE ONE. ” I will be calling corporate to rectify the fact that I was threatened for showing my receipt. I will never visit another Burger King in the state of Indiana. Each one treats me like this and employees like Shalonda keep getting away with literally abusing the customer. Well no more. I want this made right.
