Food here is not great. Their melts weren’t even toasted and the bacon was a mix of over and underdone crumbs. We also had to wait in drive-thru for almost 10 minutes and I was the only one in line.
App offered me a $10 coupon because they can’t do refunds, what a poor attempt to make things right.

Don’t ever go through the driveway through you might sit there for 30 minutes or longer and still get no response. Are they advertising a new ice cream? If so they all of a sudden have turned into McDonald’s….. sorry our ice cream machine isnt working. For a newly built building you would think they would get better, think again

30+ minutes in a drive through with a hungry tired 5yo is far from “pleasant”.
Manager had told window attendant the wrong drink.
No toy was given with the kids meal.
After all that time, the food was cold.
Manager seems to be at the core of the issues – shes running around like a headless chicken, the employees are waiting for her every word.
Not a good place if you’re in a rush.

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, I decided to come in , the manager tells the people still waiting in the drive thru she can’t help them cause she has to help inside because they’ve waited an hour .. only 4 employees what a mess .. whoever owns this should really get it together! What a horrible situation. Miscommunication? Lack of qualified help .. now management announced that they will not be working the drive thru … this is why I stopped coming to this location.. sad really the money you’re losing … at least 15 customers have left in the 25 minutes I’ve been here .. guess maybe you should eliminate the door dashes at this location ( manager complaining on the line ) .. btw my order still hasn’t been taking I’ve been here 28 minutes…the employees are working hard but manager has lost it maybe she needs a break or retrained … the employee that took my order was kind but we don’t choose Burger King to a wait 40 minutes to even get food ..

Everytime I come here it’s at least a 30 minute wait. They need more employees and better trained. I have currently been waiting in this line for and hour with only 3 cars…

Didn’t get served at the drive thru and we were the only customers. The staff were out talking to their friends in the parking lot. This is the second time this happened that we have been there. Not ever going back

For this to be a new building they need to work on the drive thru. It takes a while to place your order. Very slow.

Ordered the Rodeo burger, LG onion rings and LG sweet tea. Have Ordered this before with no issues. Tonight, doordash brings it to me as I’m not able to get out and about. Tonight I get no BBQ sauce on burger, no straw for drink, no sauce for onion rings, and only bout 2/3 of a container of onion rings!call for over an hour and kept getting busy signal!!

This is definitely an aberration, they took my order and this is what they gave me in food, come on, you’ll give me whatever you want to give me or you’ll give me my order as I’m asking for it, I’m not asking for free, I’m paying and you still give me my order wrong and you still get upset when I come in to say that my order is wrong (manager), here I’ll leave what happened in photos, and please CUSTOMERS REVIEW YOUR ORDER MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE I’M SURE THAT THEY WILL BE COMING HOME AND Ooo SURPRISE SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG
