My husband and I started coming here after having many issues at the Nappanee location. Since day 1, our food is always fresh, made correctly and the staff has always been pleasant and polite. We enjoy our late night ‘dinners’ and will NOT go to any other BK. We drive out of our way to come to this BK. For a fast food restaurant, they are awesome! Ms. Becca makes sure every visit is enjoyable. She is so friendly and makes us feel cared for when we come through. We need more people like her.

Took drive-thru as I worked and just wanted to go home. I was not asked what I wanted to drink with my meal or what dipping sauces I wanted with my nuggets. When I got to the window the lady did not even speak to me. But as they were waiting on my food they stood around and talked to each other and I couldn’t even get a “have a nice day” or something

Stopped in with my fiance and was so disappointed. Im sure the staff were great and nice people but the food was terrible. The burgers were cold, the fries were all soggy and so were the nuggets. It completely turned me off from burger king all together.

I went through the drive through and brought a wave of cars in behind me. The service was fast and polite. My food was perfect and all fresh.

I have went to other BK’s in the area, and they’re never open in the later hours. I work nights and this place is usually the only one that’s open! Always great service from the employees, being how busy they can get. Also, short staffed. Courteous and quick!

If you’re looking here to make a decision on whether yes or not to choose the Burger King at this location, there are other establishments to get a hot sandwich if that is what you are after I would think that most likely at certain times of the day this location’s Burger King is fine to eat at though at the majority of the time most likely are too understaffed, (i dont know)to deliver the Hot juicy sandwiches and piping hot crispy, salty fries that we love from Burger King perhaps a refreshing cola, okay. Maybe at a later date, whatever this location’s food has become derailed from what we love of Burger King is fixed, I hope so until then, I’d say skip.

Morning employees were very rude and loud. They need to watch the language when customers are in the building. Being very loud and screaming making cus leave. Very childish needs supervision. Will not go back.

I told them I didnt get something i ordered and they wanted me to drive all the way there from my house with my baby just so they could give me a refund when they could of gave me a credit or something.
