This was literally the rudest encounter I’ve ever had with a customer service employee. Thats coming from someone who has worked in customer service for almost a decade. I understand your job is stressful and sometimes it’s hard to be nice to a customer but I’ve never been outright rude to anyone before they’ve even spoken to me.especially when I’m the only customer in the store. I was confused about an order and she asked me if I could read, then she continued to roll her eyes through out me making my order. After that she proceeded to slam my cup on the counter which she also did to my food 10 minutes later. I ordered one whopper Jr and again was the only customer there. Even worse this wasn’t just an employee this was the manager Stacey as well. I don’t normally leave reviews I just can’t believe I even had that experience. I will never be going back there and I’m super sorry to anyone that does.

The lazy workers at this location get my order wrong every time. I ask for a burger with no ketchup or pickles, and I get ketchup and pickles. I ask them to add a sauce or a topping, it’s not there. I ask for no ice in my drink, and there’s ice. These kids should stop getting paid until they start to listen.

Wait time 5 min. When we finally had a girl come to register she wasn’t polite no receipt. When we got our food it was all cold. Pop machine had no ice or just didn’t work. It was a dirty on floor in cooking area. Food and items steping over them. Then the girl tells the young man you have 20 to get front cleaned up she wanted to help him but he said he could get it cleaned in time. Manager must be on the way back. You really need to check your camera’s 5-25-23 8:00 p.m. on. Last time we will go to that place.

If I could give this “fast food” place 0 stars I definitely would but atlas I cannot. My mother used to work for this place and she did the best damn job ever there. All of her regular customers loved her and she tried her best for them, but sadly she had just gotten fired unfairly from there. My mom’s name is Norma. They really truly need to either have this place shut down or retrain their whole management team especially their general manager.
