This location is way overpriced. A chicken sandwich will cost $5.39 at a normal BK but they charge $7.99 and a drink is $3.19. I get this is an oasis location but why do you have to price gouge travlers? Seriously $3.19 for a small coke that might cost 25 cents?

I suggest people wait and drive a few miles more and stop at the next town.

Not bad for a Burger King. I ordered the classic royal crispy sandwich, which included crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato, sauce, and a side of fries. The sandwich tasted fine and the service was quick, although the portions were a bit small. Not much more you could ask for at rest stop Burger King. I’d recommend ordering here for a quick bite to eat on the road.

Worst Burger King I’ve been to. Don’t go here.

They refuse to acknowledge you at the counter and insist that you order at one of their two kiosks…one is completely broken and the other requires you to press “try again” multiple times before it loads properly. This one doesn’t have a receipt printer either.

They have printed AND handwritten signs hung up everywhere about what they are out of and a very small hard-to-notice sign asking you to use the kiosk.

They won’t accept cash either… one thing they probably should have on one of their million signs.

While waiting to be attended to you can hear the employees in the back asking Siri to play music for them…

This Burger King obviously has terrible management because the employees were nice and just seemed like they were doing what they were told to. Burger King should get rid of this location before it ruins everyone’s opinion of them.

Took terribly long to get food. One person worked at a pace that would put a snail to shame, the other one did absolutely nothing but talk to him and make it take longer. They were out of shakes, etc. absolutely terrible place to buy food…… these people are very slow and lazy. I am typing this while waiting for food, so you know it’s really bad.

Worst Burger King to date! No one says anything at counter, you just have to notice the sign that says order at the kiosk. Only one kiosk works and it’s super slow and doesn’t print receipts. They are out of basically everything, the breakfast sandwiches we got were cold, and the hash browns had a bunch of burnt black stuff on them like the deep fryer oil needs to be changed. Would not recommend.

Food was good and service was good. But they’re prices are false advertising. The menu says $14.99 for the meal then they charge you $17.39. Don’t know why you advertise one price then not edit it to match. So watch your total since they like to cheat you out of money.

Came in this morning around 930am…there were 3 people working that I can see. They were super friendly the whole time. I was able to order a whopper for breakfast. Not a bad stop for a quick 30 min.

The food was pretty good, but it took a while to get. There were only a few people in front of us when we ordered, but it took at least 15 minutes to get our food. A small crowd formed as they all waited for food. The menu seemed somewhat limited compared to other Burger Kings, so they may not have everything you want.

They only have self-serve kiosks at the westbound Shaw travel stop on the Indiana tollway. I mistakenly added a drink when I entered my order and did not realize until after payment. There were only two employees there. There are always only two employees there between 10 am to noon. When I asked one of the employees if the drink could be removed from my order, she asked the man preparing the orders. He told her to LIE to me and say, “when our co-worker returns”. When I asked how long before their non-existent co-worker ‘returns’, she said “Soon”. This was at 11:15.

Why LIE? Did they really think I would wait an additional 45 minutes? It is bad enough they are very slow at getting orders out, but why LIE about what neither of them are willing to do?
