Came through the drive thru @ 2:04 am just got off work, needed some amazing food. Went through the drive thru and ordered flawlessly. Person behind speaker was very respectful and patient as well as helpful with my order! When arriving @ window to pay worker noticed i had a pup with me, and handed him a pup cup i didn’t even ask for! Such amazing service and staff! Got my order in a timely fashion and was on my way home! They deserve a raise‼️

We pulled in for lunch today after uber eats last night pick up. We were amazed to see a clean kitchen and kids actually in the play place last night. Today awesome they cleaned the sideways food was hot fresh right on par. Woppers were delicious love me a good flame grilled. Shout out to management and crew. Burgers wrapped perfection. I’ve been everywhere for uber and this is the best burger king in the Chicagoland area and nwi. Keep up ur great clean kitchen. BTW the manager who had to handle the rude customers with lettuce flying you kept ur cool and were still very professional good job on handling that.

The best Burger King in NW Indiana. No joke. Idk if they had management change but I have seen an insane improvement. Fries are always fresh and crisp. Burgers are perfect. I drive specifically to this one only because all the other ones give you dry stale fries and a soggy burger. Don’t forget to use your APP or Mail coupons. Huge deals!

Honestly the best Burger King in Northwest Indiana, not even exaggerating. I don’t know if they changed management or what, but the improvement has been huge. The fries are always hot and crispy, and the burgers are made right every time. I go out of my way just to come to this location because the others usually serve dry, stale fries and soggy burgers. Make sure to use the app or the mail coupons because the deals are really good.

We went inside and placed an order…the cashier was less than enthused. Watched the cashier ask another girl for help and that girl snapped on her, before that the girl was socializing with another customer behind us! We placed our order and then waited patiently for 2 Whopper with cheese meals, watched the girl who they were socializing with come up and get her food, we still waited patiently! Finally, rhe manager Jesus brought our food to us with 1 Whooper cheese meal, looked at reciept which was over $20. They charged us for 2 LG drinks and 1 lg.meal, I told him just give us the difference of drinks back and I will go elsewhere! He huffed and puffed, took our receipt (with his name on it)and made sure he let the girl, who was doing HIS job she messed up in front of everybody! Very poor customer service from the beginning to the end and we won’t be returning to Michigan City Burger King! Very disappointed

A vo-worker of mine has stopped here two days in a row to get breakfast. His order has not been wrong, and he says the food is “okay,” and he “likes it.” I came in to use the restroom. The first day, there were cigarette ashes on the disabled stall’s toilet seat and the next one over. The second day, there was a BK receipt in the disabled stall’s toilet seat, and cigarette ashes and poop-splosion on the next stalls toilet seat. It’s clear to me that the bathroom got cleaned the day before, but an employee may be smoking in the restroom. It didn’t smell like cigarette smoke (just # 2), but the ashes were still on the toilet seatS – GROSS.

Every day is different and different staff make a different sandwiches but I got a standard whopper meal and gave the fries to my sister she said they were crispy but needed more salt but it was the best whopper I have ever had it was very fresh it must have came right off the grill bc it was perfect

I order a maple whopper double, then a whopper with bacon, and mozzarella fry. This is the fourth time I have gone to bk and have not gotten what I have ordered. Your night shift crew really needs help. Even time I got to laporte bk. I Don’t have this problem. Thank you.
