First off, they locked their doors so we were forced to use the drive thru. Secondly, we could hear the girl through the speaker yelling at the car in front of us because he decided he didn’t want cheese on his whopper. Not to mention making each car wait over 5 minutes at the speaker before an order was taken. Once we got the food we asked why the door was closed and she said it’s cause they’re short staffed. The fries were quick to make you thirsty with how dry they were and the burger was cold. Glad we waited over 20 minutes for that experience.

The white lady with glasses and no teeth needs to learn customer service. She just throws the food on the counter like it’s a bag of sand and when I asked for ketchup she just tossed it at my like she was feeding a wild animal. Everyone else in there respects the customers but not her

the manager was yelling at her employees and sending them home because of her mistake. they messed up the order and had to retake it. the manager is a huge mess and shouldn’t act like that especially in front of customers. she was being extremely immature. it took forever too.

Employees are rude. Seems like the daytime lead/ manager is upset she works at Burger King and takes it out on the customers. This most recent visit she tried to tell me I had to pay for my online order, which was free and raised her voice at me when I showed her the confirmation on my phone, telling me her computer didn’t reflect that. If you don’t want to work at Burger King, go find employment elsewhere, don’t take it out on the customers.

Sewing Is Not Easy
Went to drive through on Wednesday and ordered food for the family. Got home and was shorted 1/2 my order. Went back and was given a credit for my order ( I gave them the food that was given to me ) but was also charged a second time on my card. . No food but out $29.93. Go back to speak to them on Saturday and told to come back Monday to speak with manager. Today (Monday) speaking with the Manager and thinking he’s going to remedy this but instead he refused to assist me after showing him my card transactions on my phone app. He says to call my credit card. My credit card tells me that yes I have two charges and one credit meaning I’m out $29.93 for food I never received and made three trips trying to resolve this. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I’ll NEVER go back there. There’s a McDonald’s right across the street. The Better Business Bureau is my next call.

This is my fault, giving this location 1 more try today. Had nt been there for years bc food was ALWAYS SO BAD! I guarantee these 4&5 ☆ ratings are plugged. Asked for original chicken sandw meal- fresh out fryer/ broiler,add cheese & onion, extra mayo .upgrade to onion rings, lite ice in sprite. What I got was a- NOT even luke warm sandwich, runny??? what’s that all about..& SOGGY….it was so bad ..I really thought they put a fried egg in it. whats ironic…the sandwich was marked “o/b” meaning fresh off the broiler/ fryer & it was just a blatant lie..it was just marked that way bc I asked for it that way. Every time OTHER BKs have me pull forward bc it takes longer to make. THIS LYING LAZY OUTFIT- marking if o/b!!Onion rings…well…how do I say this….soggy & limp as a ” bick”. wow..should ve taken my $9 & flushed it down crapper. When will they just close this BK site……. I guess they still open for the last few zombies that still eat there & don’t get how awful…their food is. Crumb…I wish I took a picture of my soggy limp food. THE MANAGER…SHOULD BE ashamed & embarrassed. Oh & my ” lite ice ” sprite I asked for…cup was filled…. half way…with ice.
