Me, my husband and my sister came here to get some food and they forgot our fries and accidentally overcharged us so my sister went in to correct our stuff and someone named John was such a sweetheart!! He gave us some of our refund and gave us a whole new order along with the old and added other stuff in there for us that we didn’t even order, he was so professional and lovely I love this Burger King location ❤️

This place is one of the worst places to go eat after midnight. Omg my DOG didn’t want it. The guy Herbert is the worst. Forgot food set in line for 20 minutes just for a fry he forgot. Then gimme fresh fries that had so much salt it’ll give you high blood pressure. Need better service

Nobody is in there. I waited for 20 minutes. So I don’t know if it’s any good or not. If it helps, it’s 1:33 a.m., and they claim to have a 24-hour drive thru. There are 5 cars in line right now, and the restaurant is empty, with no machines on or anything. And no sign to tell anyone they are closed or why.

Looks good on the outside. Horrible on the inside. Sloppily made barely any veggies. And the ones that were on there didn’t taste fresh. Only reason they got a 3 is because the fries were fresh. This location usually does pretty well as far as quality but someone dropped the ball this time.

If I could give the service at this Burger King a 20, I would the drive-through guy Herbert or Herman one of the other is probably the best person I’ve ever ran into in a drive-through he is what makes Burger King what it is the staff is Great. I’m the local repo man and me and all my tow truck buddies come here to eat at night. Great experience all the way around. Thanks for being awesome bro.

I’ll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, who was kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he’ll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn’t receive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn’t want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. He threw a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he’s not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I asked for the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn’t move from the window. He yelled for me to move or he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police was very kind and understanding to my plight. I received the corporate number but left with 13 burgers that noone could eat and $35 less in my pocket. 0 STARS to the burger king on Kennedy in Hammond, Ind.
