This place is absolutely terrible. I made an online order for pick up at the drive thru and after being told to come around to the window I was left sitting there for no lie like 25 to 30 mins. There was 1 car behode me only 2 cars in the parking lot so they were NOT that busy. The person at the window has 0 customer service ability’s whatsoever.. When I finally was given my food I ly after honking my horn out of frustration she opened the window.. Didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. Every time I come to this location it’s so slow. There are 2 cars maybe in the drive thru and I’m still waiting 10 at the speaker to even tell them my order. The chicken sandwich is nasty the grease has to be dirty the chicken was brown loaded with sloppy sauces and just made like slop. Then I got a fish sandwich. Same with the grease so much sauce and sloppy . The onion rings and fries are barley half filled. Service is slow the guy last time in drive thru I was sitting there for over 5 min and was seeing how long someone was going to say hello to me and didn’t so I said hello??.. he said ‘hold up a minute ‘ like what?? I understand it’s fast food restaurants but some common manners and speech would be nice I suppose… unfortunately this is the closest bk to my house but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon… Get it together burger king or

Didn’t even get half way through ordering my first meal when she cuts me off. Rude as ever. Fries and onion rings were so cold I thought they were cooked and placed in the fridge waiting to be sold. Even when I ordered the fries crispy. Came home and had to air fry the sides to be edible. When I tried to complete the surgery, it just states I put in invalid information even though I checked 3times. I understand bad days but how can everything be wrong from being interaction to the end of my meal…? I will not be back to this location.

Was traveling through, was let in by a customer to use bathroom. Came out bathroom went to counter to place order, cashier stated I closed the dining room you have to go through drive thru. Should have kept driving, got food onion rings was ICE COLD and got no receipt for work reimbursement
