This location “misses” all the time. Even compared to other fast food these days. Don’t go after 9pm, they start “closing” ahead of midnight and can’t make many items. Tonight at 10:50 (1hr10 before close) they couldn’t make an Impossible Whopper because the grill was closed.

I’ve checked out reviews on this place and all I can say is absolutely true…You do not want to go to this establishment ….people want a pay check but don’t want to work for it…stay at the drive through for an extended long period of time…Each employee that works there acts as though they don’t really want to be there. I actually watch them loose customers because they got tired of waiting in to have their order taken…Really don’t expect this business to stay open very long

I had to repeat my order to the guy in the drive threw twice. Waited at the window to pay. My sandwich was made wrong so I went in to get it fixed and the girl behind the counter had to tell the sandwitch maker to re make the sandwich twice . I asked for my money back and it took almost 5 minutes to get my money back!! Do no recommend!! Worst customer service ever!! Also, not a single person could manage to put a smile on their face!!

Stop here to go in dining room and the door says they were open at 6 a.m. door was locked and employee staring at me from behind the counter. No sign stating the dining room was closed. I have a truck and was unable to go through the drive-thru. If dining room is unavailable there should be a sign saying so. not a good way to do business. Obviously won’t be back here

The night crew at this burger king is ridiculous, they completely messed up my order didn’t give me a refund nor did they fix the order and had me sitting in the line for over 30 minutes when there was only 3 cars! When I tried to reorder they said they were no longer taking orders! I can’t express how I’m never coming back to this burger king. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Just left this store, I ordered whopper with cheese meal. I specifically asked for the sandwich to be front boarded and the fries fresh and crispy because I wanted no salt. I waited 10 minutes for the order and stared at the fries laying in the tray when we walked in. The clerk bagged our order and I reminded her that the sandwich was to be cut in half and that I wanted fresh fries. The clerk took the bag back, the fries were slung back in they tray and she whined about not having a break. The manager then came out told her to go on break and complained that she was on break. She ask that they drop new fries which they had already. She asked how long and they said 4 min. She told the cook to pull the fries up and they were placed in the tray and given to me. I did not want to take the order in fact I wanted to refund my money but I said that will be the last time I visit that restaurant. The mgr and the clerk were totally unprofessional. They went back and forth with each other about breaks and they went back and forth with me about my order I spent my hard earned money. I came here to leave a review and saw that they have a 3.1 star rating which I should have checked before going there. They seemed totally unhappy about their jobs and if that’s the case, find a knew one. Neither should have a position where they work with the public. The clerk who took our order even had a black eye, now I see why. Just plain ole rude both her and the manager. Do not waste your time with this Burger King!!!!

Went to go get me a whopper around 10pm . There were 2 workers there I seen through the front before pulling around to the drive thru . Once I got to the speaker no one was available & no one responded . The closes time is 12am . The lights were on & everything . They just close early on their own time . Smh .

Will be calling cooperate in the morning. Went at 11:26 nobody answered drive thru and the menu was out. Called store to see what time they close manager said 12 told her I was in the DT and she said she was in back doing counts. Came back around same thing! When I called this time no answer. Employees were on line making food for themselves when I rolled past the window!

No long wait..nice friendly cashier. My sandwich on the other hand was not so great. I hadn’t had an Italian chicken sandwich in years but I remember how it’s supposed to look. Mozzarella and marinara sauce. When I opened it up little to no sauce and cheddar cheese it was not what I expected..I will never ever order that again.
