The girl in drive thru was rude. My husband was put on life support at the hospital in this city. It’s been over 20 days. 2 times they didn’t answer their drive thru. I’ve called 3 times. Tonight they didn’t have lots because it was 11:16pm and were closing. The girl sounded like she was asleep. Treated me like I was bothering her. This was horrible to know you’re treating people like this.

Came in, used a deal for 2 whopper meals, forgot to tell the cashier I didn’t want pickles & tomato’s. He said “he has to make like 20 burgers *points at guy in back* I can’t promise anything” I let him know that my food needs to be made a specific way or my son will not eat it, he said “right but he has a lot of food to make so I can’t make any promises” I let him know that if my food wasn’t made the way I asked that I’d like a refund and then asked if making it the way I asked is even a choice as I’ve worked in customer service and know that mistakes happen and we make the food the way the customer wants. He responds saying I had a choice at the beginning and I chose not to mention it. I proceeded to let him know that mistakes happen and I forgot he sighed and said well what is it because we have to memorize it, I asked for a pen to write it down to make it easier for them he sighed and said no I don’t . so I asked for a refund, went to the BK in Hammond on Kennedy, they had my meals ready for me in less than 5mins! Will never go back to E.C. BK

Just left this Burger King. I waited 15 minutes for a whopper without cheese and I got a whopper with cheese. I asked the cashier before I left, if this was a whopper without cheese she said yes. Got to my destination and of course it was a whopper with cheese…plus it had hair on it. Don’t go here

Has got to be the slowest BK in the midwest. I’ve sat in that drive thru for 30 mins on several occasions. The food is always subpar at best. It would honestly be faster driving out of the city to the hammond BK.
