Waited 15 mins in line for them to mess up, just to wait another 15 mins in the lobby cause they messed up, then drove all the 20mins home just to drive right back cause the order was cold and i wanted the whole thing replaced. All the workers all have attitudes. Messed my order up twice. I will never be spend my hard earned money at this establishment ever again. The worker all need to be drug tested for their jobs. Seems like someone high n cant read a order right. Lobby was a mess bathrooms was gross. They didnt care to take the next customer in line. Hell, they was moving so slow I watch 5 people walk out talking about “if ima wait 30mins for my food, ima go somewhere worth it.” Do better Burger King.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I ordered I wound up waiting over 20 minutes. After arriving home and handing out the food, my mom took a bite of her Whopper and immediately spit it back out. It was completely raw. I reached out, expecting a resolution. The GM Denise sent an email, requesting I call her at the location and when I did, not even 10 minutes after receiving the email, I was informed she wasn’t even at the store.
I’ve tried multiple times to reach back out but I’ve only received silence in return.
I’m extremely displeased and I will never set foot near there again.

This is the third time in a row that we received a messed up order but this time is the worst. The fries for both meals were the stalest I’ve ever had in my life (not exaggerating). The two burgers were so dry. Will drive further away to avoid this location from now on.

You can tell the employees don’t like their job, which makes for a very tense interaction. No greeting, just a demand for my order. I was the only person in the drive through. Ordered one whopper meal in the evening for my kid. Took just under 10 minutes sitting at the window to receive meal through the drive through. Everything was cold.

I ordered a number 5 didn’t get my drink. Asked the lady she went to look at a screen started bagging orders. Mind you my food order was handed to me without my drink. Another female can to the window I told her I didn’t get my drink she asked what did you order I said a number 5. She said ok went back to the lobby register. Almost 5 minutes the lady came back and said what did you order again I told her my drink strawberry lemonade. Also drive through backed up behind me. Just sad it was so unnecessary to delay making a drink .

Ants crawling on the pop machine and every table was dirty. I get that’s there’s rushes but dang.
Also they’re getting skimpy on the pickles. Only got 2 on my whopper. Fiancé ordered no mayo and they just wiped off the mayo they accidentally put on the sandwich.

We were the only customers in line. No employees were in sight at first, so we were patient. But one came back from the restroom, one came through with a mop bucket, two others behind the counter saw us, but not a single one acknowledged us. After ten minutes, we walked out and went to Dairy Queen for lunch instead.

The whopper was nasty. I got sick after eating. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Restroom was disgusting filthy. Should get full refund for the lunch I paid for $22.00
