Never going back. Big light skin lady probably the manager wanted to argue with me while I was trying to order. Kept telling her over and over I don’t want to argue I just want to order my food. three different times I had to repeat that to her. Then she kept telling her other workers I don’t know how to order food. she still got my order wrong trying to be a smart-ass. Then on the way out she told me next time I come back you know how to order. I just took my food and left

New review 9/10/24 Had receipt with code for free whopper, buy fries & drink. I customized it to add cheese, but no pickles or lettuce. Young lady was new to this type of transaction, after several minutes & attempts the manager finally took over ringing me up. The line guy in back questioned the no pickle no lettuce, Mgr said ‘yes and add cheese to it’. I saw the guy grab a sandwich from the front warmer, unwrapped it, added cheese then re-wrapped it & put it back up on the warmer. I presumed it was already mine, but…I got home, bit into my sandwich & into a pickle! I took the top bun off & saw 3 slices and lettuce! Do they not know how to read the order on the monitor? Or follow up after Q & A with the mgr about the order? I’m glad the old crew was gone, but BK needs to make sure that new hires are thoroughly trained for their positions. ‘Have it your way’ apparently doesn’t mean anything anymore, at least at this location. I wasn’t even given a receipt this time, so couldn’t do the survey to let corporate know. I’ll probably go to a different location next time I crave a whopper. This makes 5 restaurants in my neighborhood I now avoid, due to extremely crappy service. I have to go out of my way just to get decent food & service!

Custom sandwich incorrect…ordered a whopper with no pickle or lettuce…but it had 5 pickle slices and NO tomato. Tried to call to speak to manager, but no one picked up…went to voice-mail. I do think they’ve recently hired a new crew, which is great, but they should be able to read & know the difference between tomato & pickles. Here’s hoping this crew gets it right soon.

You never know what your going to get from this location. Will your food be fresh or will you get something that’s been sitting there for a while. It’s irritating getting old food and have to take it back, just do it right the first time.

I come here bc it’s the only thing open when I get off of work! But now I would rather starve then eat here. Workers are not attentive of your food. I had a burger from this establishment last night and there was so much loose hair in my food I could make a wig ! Trying to look past that i went this morning for breakfast & and they totally screwed our order AGAIN! i ordered a sausage and bacon burrito! They only gave me bacon and my bacon was completely burnt black literally. It made my food taste like char. I’m over this establishment. It’s literally fast food how hard could it be?

Usually I dont go to this location, and for good reason. It’s a rigged lottery. You can order cheese and not get cheese, onion rings and get fries, or like today order a double and get a single and no straw. I live pretty close, but after a draining day at work and having sat down at my table just to find another disappointment I don’t want to drive back just to wait. I just wanted the expensive guilty pleasure food I ordered made decently enough and correctly the first time. Is it too much to ask? The other nearby BKs get the job done; however nobody should have to take 15-30 extra minutes out of their day just to get food from a different location of the same chain.

I showed up to an empty parking lot and an empty drive-through yesterday with the family. As soon as we walk in, we are told they are too busy and we would not be served. There were about 6 employees standing around doing no work and looking like they were making a video and messing around. BK needs to clean house and hire people with work ethic.

Every time I buy from here the good is always warm and fresh I absolutely love it. The customer service is always great the drive thru workers always have a positive attitude and has convos.

Unprofessional staff socializing with a whole lot of profanity, staff member was flirting with a customer in the drive through. Had to wait on cashier a bit before placing my order, I was almost was late back to work from lunch. Do better!

Best taste of burger. The bread and meat is matching : soft, fresh of tomatoes. Big size are always served.
