Nothing like ordering a burger with cheese and getting one with no cheese. Then when the manager tells the whole they need a new sandwich, they arguing saying they put cheese on it. New sandwich was so cold, the cheese never melted. Lady at the counter walked to charge $.11 for a thing of ranch, then proceeded to give me chicken nuggets instead of my jalapeño bites. Nobody else in the restaurant and maybe one person in the drive thru and they still can’t take the time to make things correctly. No more Burger King for me. Bye Felicia!

This latest visit to burger.King has redeemed them in my opinion. I ordered a whopper without onions and a plane whopper.For my wife, i have to say I don’t know who was working tonight.But that was the best whopper I have ever had from burger king.If they all tasted that good, we would be eating there every day. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by. And check out this particular Burger King. I highly recommend it..

Ordered through door dash, tried 2 different times for dinner and the food is always wrong.
Poorly prepared usually not hot. The burgers aren’t even in a burger king wrapper it looks like a piece of wax paper.

Love being ignored in drive thru while 3 other cars there after me were serviced. Then ignored some more till I eventually left. And the speaker I was at did work the car in front of me was able to order. Do better

This is not specific to this one store only. This is for most of Indianapolis units. In the last few year even before covid, the quality of service and food, continues to drop. It is like you no longer have a training system for anyone at store level. Sims to me even your managers are not getting any type of training in any type of quality (Service and Food). Today I had to wait well over 10 minutes for my food. No one had a clue what was going on. Most crew members looked to be very new, and yet, no one is present to help, support and supervise what was most surely a clueless crew. I don’t blame the crew nor the “supervisor” present. It was obvious training and poor support. You need to get your entire management team to train and support your crew. It was very visible the amount of frustration in the young ladies face trying to expedite the food.
Specifics: I ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. I had to wait because at the time of my order, no one advised the cashier (Supervisor?), you were out of biscuits. it was more than 5 minutes before anyone was made aware of the situation. Meanwhile what looked like a manager (a blonde lady) was totally ignoring the situation and just kept doing her thing in the back. Then again the young guy trying to resolve the problem (Supervisor?) was for sure under water. With no knowledge of what to do. This kids surely had the interest to resolve the problems, but did not have the knowledge nor the training. I would not be surprise if you were to tell me you have a major turn over problem not just in this store, but through out your company. I know this from experience. Poor training creates frustration, turn over, and poor sales. At this point you should forget about saving money and work on training expense to increase your sales. I did not see a single bad employee within your crew. Just bad training, bad communication, very frustrated employees and a missing manager.

Ordered krabby kids meal and didn’t get a toy. Didn’t get the special frosty as they were out. On the commercial showed the one item came in a chest looking box and was only in a bag. Not worth the $40 for 3 meals.

I went through the drive up so I could not rate the atmosphere of the inside. Service was prompt. The lady at the drive thru smiled, and was friendly. I ordered the chicken fries and the stuffed tater tots. Both items were hot, fresh, and tasted great! It was late at night, approximately midnight or a bit later. Overall a great experience as far as fast food goes these days!
