Again this restaurant in THE INDIANAPOLIS LOCATION SERVES CRAPPY FOOD. You can’t give a BK EXPERIENCE REVIEW BECAUSE THE DONT GIVE YOU THE RECEIPT.
The kitchen needs to learn how to make food soggy fries no toasted bun. Fries are always cold. The quality of food from this industry has been terrible in all INDIANAPOLIS LOCATIONS . By the way this hamburger was awful. The food is better during the day, nights need to find another job

Pulled up at 7:05 pm on a Sunday.. waited for 10 minutes in the drive through and not a word was said to me. Pulled around and dude working there shut the lights off.

Amy the manager and her team are the best. Night of 08/29/25. Not sure of all their names. I would list if I knew. But they definitely go out of their way to make customers happy. They are the best and food was all hot and made correctly. Best burgerking I have had in a while. If had 10 stars I would have selected that.

Go through drive through tea was gross they swapped it out for a fanta cool then start checking sandwich and they put no bacon on a bacon king makes no sense right they wouldn’t take the tea back told me they wasn’t aloud to but took the bacon king sandwich back through the window and slopped some bacon on it funny how it was alowed then LMFAO then after getting my fiances sandwich I get home to eat my 2 chicken sandwiches and both had lettuce on them someone should really audit this place and hire new staff instead of the goofys who work there now

I went in ordered coffee and they do you mind waiting while I make a fresh batch. Come on now fresh coffee is a win win and for that kind of service you just gained my business. They didn’t hesitate to comfort my thirst. Its little things some time that great a big reward. I was so impress that I even took a few pics of the great staff. Drive-thru – thus “atmosphere” isn’t really applicable. But this one always hits the nail right on the head: friendly, fast service, and obvious pride in the product.
The chicken wraps are excellent!!! Particularly the “fiery” – balanced flavor, easy to handle in several situations, and filling enough to either be an afternoon/late-night snack (1, maybe 2) or up to half a dozen for a full meal.

It’s exactly what you’d expect from Burger King a little elevated in their pricing for most of their food but the service was okay and the food tasted all right it seems like they’re rodeo burgers and their ices are a little more expensive here than at most stores The worst part of the pricing is that it is not displayed on their menu it’s just implied after the fact

Food is mid-low effort at this location, mostly dependent on the shift/staff. Periodically it’s perfect. But more frequently the folk working this location clearly could not care less about their job. In these cases they act like they hate people coming there so they have to work. Folk outside chilling with the employees (at least night shifts) while the drive thru line takes LITERALLY 25 minutes for 3 cars. Too bad Burger King won’t pay their staff enough.
Editing to add: my order today is literally the worst I’ve ever had probably at any fast food restaurant ever. The nuggets are shriveled and cold, clearly have been in the cold side of a warmer since the day shift. I’m confident I would get food poisoning if I ate them.
