Long wait and no urgency from staff. Burger was fine, but had it labeled for no onion and still had them, also forgot one of our three burgers and we had to wait another five minutes after we waited 15-20 to start with. Fries were good. I think they forgot the ‘fast’ in fast food.

They forgot a fries, the soda was flat, our jalapeno poppers were dry and over cooked and were missing a few pieces. They were very slow in the line so it wasn’t worth turning around to tell them. Overall poor food quality, missing food, and long wait times. Will not be going here again.

Placed my order at 07:40am… IN the drive through I was told to pull off to the side. 08:09am I still have not received my food and when I went inside all the employees deflected to I have to wait for it. I asked to cancel my order and again the impersonable employees deflected and said you have to go through the app being a mobile order. SO i left… no food, no refund and late for work now even when my job is 3 minutes down the road.

Just went in to get lunch with my husband. We were not greeted when we walked in, there was only one other customer inside and we ended up having to wait almost 20 minutes for our food. The drinks were all out so had to ask for coke from the drive through and it tasted watered down. The employees were walking around slowly and without any hurry to prepare our food. There were several employees so it was clear they were not short staffed, just short on care. When we did finally get our food (expecting it to be fresh after such a long wait) it was all cold. The fries were limp and cold, the chicken sandwich I ordered was a soggy mess, the lettuce on it was wilted and the chicken nuggets we ordered tasted like they had been dropped back in the fryer to reheat them. Very bad customer service and very bad food. Spent $30+ to be this disappointed. I will most definitely not be going back. BK just isn’t it anymore ♀️

25 minutes for a 4 piece mozzarella stick is beyond ridiculous. I watched 5 other cars get FULL ORDERS before I got out of my car. This younger guy who wore a paper towel under his headset was in charge of running the orders outside. He gave every car the wrong order. I watched the car beside me open and touch items and he came back and took the bag back and HANDED IT TO ANOTHER CAR. I’ve worked in fast food – once the food is handed to the customer, you CANNOT take it back and you absolutely CANNOT GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ONCE IT HAS BEEN HANDLED. I went inside to confront the situation and Jessica was very helpful and nice. She had handed him my order with another 8pc and he gave both of them to that person instead of coming to me. And instead of asking me when he came by my car, he just went back inside. I think his name started with an M. He had no sense of urgency, bagging the food as slow as can be. Some of us have places to be and needed something small to get us by. To top it off, he was about to hand the mozzarella sticks to me straight up without a bag. I’m not one to write many reviews unless I feel utterly dissatisfied and I absolutely am. That kid should be cleaning the dining room or something because he isn’t putting the “fast” in fast food.

Normally I do not complain on a website about a restaurant but the employees here are rude 100% of the time. The food was absolutely nasty and then when I called because my order was 100% incorrect and I mean. It was all wrong. I was told they would replace it. I call for it to be replaced and was told not happening not my problem. The woman on the phone was rude and nasty. This store admitted they just gave what they wanted because they didn’t get their truck. That is not my problem but being ripped off is!!! Honesty DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE NASTY!!!

The line is always ridiculous. There is always an issue with the food. You will be waiting in line or to pickup your order for at least 15-20 minutes on a good day. If you want fast food this isn’t the place. Just drive to another one.

Extremely long wait, food was cold when I got it. Low quality experience even for Burger King. I fully understand that working for a living sucks, but damn, y’all. Bonus star because the guy at the window actually seemed to be doing his best while somewhat stressed out (working with people who don’t care makes the job much worse than it has to be).

Sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes nobody comes to the radio. Nobody acknowledging at this point what’s going on? There’s hardly nobody in the lot. There’s no customers in the store. Is there a system issues? Is there a shortage of employees at the time? Usually, it’s not like this, but I don’t know what’s going on now but for whatever reason The service is slipping so they need to get it together
