Since the remodel as others have mentioned it’s a regular go to the kiosk pretend we don’t see you place. It’s meant for drive through only. Inside they are pretty rude and the excuse people say is they are under staffed. Last night there was at least 6 people in the kitchen. 3 small families inside including mine. All 3 were messed up, brought someone else’s food to us after they had just had theirs fixed, ignored my request for my missing item twice, had no drink lids after I mentioned it. Took 2 other customers to mention this before they brought some out but never made an announcement about it. You won’t get an I’m sorry, you’ll get the eye roll and they disappear into the bushes like a Simpsons episode.
Stick to the long wait at the drive through. I doubt I’ll ever come back even though I pass it 2 to 4 times a day.

Burger King has become the worst fast food place. Thy owe me 11 bucks for a reheated( microwave) fish and reheated(onionrings) nothing crispy just soft groce onion rings and groce fish. The only good thing about fried food is it is crispy! They microed both and the breading on both was soft and nasty.. worst food ever! IM DONE WITH BURGER KING

So, the only complaint I have about this visit to Burger King. Is the fact they forgot to put bacon on the three bacon cheeseburgers, I purchased. so, imagine my disappointment upon arriving home. which by the way, I reside 30 minutes SW of this establishment. you all should get a lump of coal in your stocking this holiday . Saint Nick will see to it.

This place sucks! Save your money and go somewhere else! Why do a mobile order if you have no idea how to handle the mobile order! We have been sitting here for well over 20 minutes and still waiting! What is the point in two drive thrus when they couldn’t handle one! A bunch of teenagers trying to run a business that needs proper training! Don’t go here!

The service was very slow and poorly managed. The self-service machines didn’t have the full menu available, and no one inside the restaurant offered help. To get assistance, I had to go outside and place my order through the drive-thru. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Was eating and watched an employee go into the men’s room with his work gloves on, comes out with his gloves still on his hands and walks right back into the kitchen part of the restaurant. Reported it to the manager and she acted like she didn’t care!
Needless to say after witnessing this we no longer even wanted our food that we had just sat down to eat. Over 60 dollars in food went into the trash! If this is their standard of cleanliness, we will not return. It’s disgusting to see this happen in a place that serves food!!!!!!!!

Foods decent. Service is TERRIBLE! They close early at random so you never know if they’re open til midnight or 2 am. They make you wait at the drive thru til they’re good and ready to help you.
