First visit to the newly remodeled BK near us. Very digital experience and the workers were struggling with it, even though it had reopened 2 weeks ago. We ordered a double whopper and a whopper with cheese and upped them to a large meal. Total amount paid was over $27. When our food came out, my husband’s double whopper was only a whopper. He returned it and they went to work making the correct sandwich. So we ate our fries while waiting. I finally opened my whopper only to discover my whopper did not have cheese on it. I went ahead and ate it because the whole experience was getting worse and I just wanted to leave. Prior to the remodel of this BK, it was our favorite fast food place to eat. The employees were awesome and entertaining. I don’t think we’ll be back based on our experience and the price paid.

Always a good, quick bite to eat here. It’s fast food so don’t expect too much. The place is always kept clean, inside and out, and the staff is always friendly.

I just don’t understand why people can’t be nice. If you’re going to have someone work, the drive-through make sure they have a personality because my experience was just the most unwelcoming experience in the drive-through ever and I will not be back to this location. I even tried to be nice to say good morning. At least you can do is smile

This place was just remodeled so they can add kiosk. Can’t use the kiosk if you have a coupon nor could you use it for the special that was on the door. Plus if you’re paying in cash you have to use the cashier as well. I end up doing three different transactions. It was stupid. I am thinking they do not want anyone to dine in

Came in and they made my bacon burger without bacon the meat was old and dry. Same with the cheese sticks all dried out. Thought it would be better after the new building but It has gotten worse
