I ordered a large fries from Burger King but it definitely felt more like a medium. Pretty disappointing when you’re paying for a large size and don’t get the portion you expect. Fries tasted fine, but not worth it if they’re skimping on quantity. Plus the drive thru person wasn’t at first window to take payment had to pay at second window and the guy didn’t have money in his register. I also got unsalted fries and they took time to cook and they still didn’t give me the large portion.

We called them and explained that my mom is disable and ask for a certain toy. They asked which one and we said SpongeBob. Bc my mom loves SpongeBob. You have no idea how much this means to us! Thank you so much! And she’s going to love it! Workers was extremely friendly and nice.

I had a DoorDash order. We sat at the drive thru b/c the doorDash app told us to go through the drive-through and not go inside after 8 o’clock. We sat at the drive-through for 10 minutes with no one responding. There is no one inside and there was no one in the drive-through we got helped. The guy told us to pull up to the second window to get our order we get to the second window. We sat there for another five minutes and then he tells us that we have to come inside to get our order. I explained to him that the app said not to and the guy at the speaker said that we could pull up to the second window and he said “I don’t know what to tell you” he was rude and unkind. We went inside and the food wasn’t even ready. I will not be back. I called to speak to a manager got told that there’s not a manager there at night at all and he hung up on me the first three times and then asked me for my name number and reason why I told him I was not giving him my name my number was on the screen that he answered from and he will be saved. I have worked fast food for four years and this was not OK.

Was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes to have an employee come out and tell everyone it will be at least another 20 minutes. Store constantly tries to run with 2 employees working.

Asked for crispy well done bacon and it was half raw. When I pointed that out that they were not crispy or well done the girl told me I was wrong. What happened to the customer being right? Have it your way at Burger King – NOT!! Never again!

This Burger King is by far better, then the Burger King on the other side of town. The service is always great. Food is always great as it should be. And the service is fast. I’ve never had an issue here!! A lot of the time, it will be 1 lady working. I’m not sure her name. But she is a very nice lady. And she does a great job. At getting the food out in a timely manner.. and making sure your order is all there, and correct. Like I said they have never messed up my order. So if you like Burger King like I do!! This is definitely the one to go in lebanon!!
