If I could give zero stars I would. This location can’t make a sandwich right if their life depended on it. Pay for extras don’t get them, never make the sandwiches right. It’s never fresh. Frankfort location needs better employees that can actually do the job correctly.

Waited at register for breakfast for 30 mins, had multiple employees look at me while i was waiting for someone to take my order, one employe was just standing and staring. When they finally came to take my order they said they no longer server breakfast, they made me wait from 10 to 10:30 just so they didn’t have to make breakfast .

Nearly all the four-seat tables hadn’t been bussed, the cashier was not friendly toward our grandfather, and both bathrooms hadn’t been served as the trash cans were overflowing. The paper towels were on a roll on top of the dispenser, and the state of the bathroom was very dingy. The food was normal though. So long as you’re there for food only and not a pleasant social eating experience, it’s acceptable. Past that, it’s worth it to skip the experience and try elsewhere.

After working a 12 hour shift a thought I’d treat myself to an easy meal at Burger King. I was giving my order and ask about what sizes they had for their onion rings. I was then told in a rude way “the usual”! I’ll never forget the I hate my job tone as he told me this! Sorry for wasting your precious time to do YOUR JOB!! Never going back!!!

Greeted and order taken right away. Staff was friendly and patient and helped me order. Food was hot and yummy. My small complaint is the drink dispenser, I can taste other flavor of drinks coming through the one nozzle.
