It took 15+ minutes to get our food. I’m not sure what the holdup was. There were only a few people inside the restaurant and we only ordered 2 combo meals.

The drive through employees were quite rude when I pulled to the mobile order spot because I had a mobile order. My order took 17 minutes to get. And then it was completely the wrong order. I’m allergic to jalapeno and was given jalapeno bites. This location does not care. It’s worth the trip to daleville to a good restaurant

Either indoor or delivery you are waiting atleast 45 minutes for one sandwich. Ive lost whole lunch breaks to this place. I just waited an hour for an hour that was never made (ordered 4:32, cancelled at 5:36, no contact from Burger king themselves) i had to cancel and never received my food. Its exhausting to have to wait this long for no communicable reason and its tiring to eat here.

First I waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge me. Seems like the employees are blind to the customers. My sandwich was ordered with no cheese and I still got cheese. There was black hair in my French fries. I will not be back. You need to get your store together.

The manager lady with the blue hair should train all other fast food managers she had that place running like a well oiled machine. Was worried because a bunch of construction crews came in and she had everyone working together, communicating and got the orders through quick and everything was made right. A+ for sure!

Everything has to be done at a kiosk now. Had to go back to the counter after we received our food to request cups for our drinks. They were sold out of onion rings so unable to order the steakhouse Whopper.
