I used to love the service and food from this location. However, the last 3 or 4 times my experience has been less than stellar. I can’t eat beef so I get an impossible whopper
I order it with only ketchup on it. I order on my app. Usually when I get to the windows they ask me to pull around and wait. That’s fine. But when they bring out my food, I check the sandwich before I leave the parking lot and guess what I find. It is loaded with all the condiments I didn’t ask for. Now I have to park, go into the building and ask them to make it right. Because of this happening multiple times I switched my order to something simple but the other day I waited in line for at least 30 minutes to get chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. If I hadn’t already paid on my app, I would’ve ditched the line and went down the street to McDonald’s. I could tell my food had been sitting inside there because it was cold.
I understand good help is hard to find, but this store is in need of some serious changes.

Danica was decently rude our entire transaction. We specifically asked for no vegetables multiple times and she rudely said there was no onion that came with it and when I got my sandwich it had a pickle on it. I went inside to ask for it to be remade because I asked for no vegetables and she said she didn’t hear me. she stood and talked for a minute then aggressively threw the old sandwich in the trash. And told them to remake it with no pickle. When he was done he threw it like a frisbee in the warmer and she grabbed it. I reminded her she did hear me ask because she mentioned it didn’t come with onions. And she continued to be rude and then followed us outside making me feel uncomfortable like she was trying to intimidate me

I went threw the drive and ordered the same exact order I always do only to get the wrong meal so I called in to see if we could get this fixed and the guy that identified his name is Chris Which is who I assume the manager was Clearly upset with me calling in to report I’ve gotten the wrong meal Was in my opinion in no way fit to be not even in a managers position, but an employee position when dealing with customers or any other interaction with any human being I tried calling back in ,due to the fact that after he was done raising his voice he hung up on me only to find “someone would pick up and hang right back up on me with out the first word. So after a few failed attempts I decided to just go back to the location. Even after going in and stating the problems I still had to sternly address this guy Chris to stop yelling and being disrespectful . In my opinion this very kind of interaction is the very picture representation of why someone completely takes there business to another Establishments that handle customer service with at least a little bit of dignity.

Very clean dining area, and the food was good. The 4 stars were only because there wasn’t toilet paper in the ladies’ room. Other than that, it was great.

This use to be my go to place for food but not anymore. The cheesy tots are always stale, the french fries are always stale, my burger was stale, hamburger buns stale. I’m literally turning this place into corporate now. Thought this place would change but it only got worse. Needs new management immediately!!! What’s crazy is how long they have you waiting just to serve you shit smh

Very late, almost closing time for drive thru, yet the workers were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Had to wait for chicken fingers, and they were delicious. The onion rings and fries were not as hot as I prefer, but I am picky lol
