Pull through the drive-through line and ordered asked for two double cheeseburgers and got two singles and they were cold. I got through the first window pretty quickly, but no one even handed me my drink at the second window until they brought me my food. I sat in the drive-through line for 10 to 15 minutes. Mind you there was no one in front of me when I ordered and there was no one behind me when I ordered when I was looking through the Window there was two of them making bags just standing there. I’m never the type to type out a review about a restaurant but this was a new level of horrible customer service.

We just spent well over an hour at this location, and spent more than 80% of our time waiting for our food! It took 20-25 to get our food, then afterwards we decided to get milkshakes to go & it took over 15 minutes to get those! When we ordered our food, there was no one in the drive thru & only two of us in the lobby so there was absolutely no reason for the wait. When we ordered our milkshakes to go, several people had came in & one guy, that was two orders ahead of us, waited 25 minutes for his food. I’ve worked in the food industry as a server/bartender for over 20 years & I could of had a party of 10 food out before we got our fast food today! I heard employees saying it was because of a new system they started today but I don’t think a new system would cause this much chaos & horrible customer service ♀️

Ordered online and hubby was picking up on his way home. After the order was placed it stated it would be ready at 7:27pm. Finally at 8:06pm he finally had the order. He got it home and nothing about the order was right, including the kids meal. He decided to take everything back to have them try again.

I’m typically not the person to leave a bad review, however sitting here in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting to get our order taken as they continue to take drive through orders.
Several people walked out the door because it was taking so long. Majority of our food came out cold. My 80 year old grandpa had to order his food twice and on the third time of it coming out it was yet again wrong.
