Hands down the best Burger King from Lake Erie to Disneyland. These kids are welcoming, polite, & smiling. You just don’t get treated like this everywhere. Just ordered 2 Chicken Club Salads. After they took our money we we’re advised they didn’t have cheese. We said, “ok” we’ll still take the salads. Got home and found there was NO chicken on either salad. Tried to call the store but was greeted by an answering machine. I understand there’s a pandemic, but your work ethic, being proactive with inventory, and quality of service should still be high.

My whopper was great, but my wife doesn’t like mayo, so I ordered her’s without. The receipt said “no mayo” . When I got to truck, her wrapper was marked “no tomato” and covered with mayo. It’s been a trend at the last 3 BKs we’ve visited Belpre, Marietta and South Parkersburg. “No mayo” means “NO MAYO”?
