Yet again they messed up. The pic showed lettuce & tomato on my burger, not mustard onions & pickles!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to just to leave a review. Everything is burnt to a crisp!!! We can’t even bite thru our Spicy Chicken sandwiches & the onion rings r hard as rocks!! Not to mention all the grease on the sandwiches…..

Great food but they badly need to turn up there head sets. We’ve been through there a few different times now and they have had a had a hard time understanding our order. Once got it wrong. Still you can’t beat the price for a great burger.

I went there last night 6/16/22 at 9pm and ordered a milkshake, the woman taking my order said the milkshake machine is turned off and immediately a man got on and said very rudely “we close at 10”. I was thinking well it’s not 10 yet but ok… then proceeded to ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which she said they were out of. I ended up with 2 Hershey pies and a Cheeseburger for my husband and nothing for me. Very frustrating considering it was obvious they just didn’t want to be bothered with any cooking that took any amount of effort at all.

Can never get a fresh sandwich here. Always room temp. Cheese cant melt on them. A fresh sandwich just over the fire grill hot and juicy would increase sales double. Its always a flitter room temp from the warmer drawer so everyone can go out to smoke.

There was a long line in the drive-thru so I went in. Happy they had lobby open but when I went to counter it did take longer than I expected to be noticed. Once they saw me they were quick to take my order and served. Just keep better eye on front counter please.
