I just want to give a huge shoutout to Dee at the Burger King on South Limestone in Springfield!
From the moment we pulled up, he was fast, polite, and professional, you could tell he really cared about providing great service.
He made sure our order was out the window and correct, kept things moving quickly, and still took the time to be friendly and personable.
It’s rare to find someone who makes a simple stop for food feel like a genuinely good experience, but Dee absolutely did that.
You can tell he takes pride in his job and enjoys connecting with customers.
Employees like him make a huge difference!

The service at this location is generally inconsistent, as most staff members do not appear attentive. However, one employee did stand out with her excellent service. We frequently order the Impossible Whopper combo, but during our recent visit, the taste was noticeably off compared to the usual standard. On the positive side, the fact that this location is open 24 hours is convenient for late-night visits.

I hardly ever have problems with my order from this location and the people are almost always super sweet. Just please dont put ketchup packets in kids meals unless people ask. My poor car is covered in ketchup its mostly my fault for not looking in the bag before giving it to her but please save other parents and ask first

Extremely rude I never do this but this was just awful. 3 sandwiches none of them were prepared right. And all I asked was for mine and my kids sandwiches plain. The lady on the speaker was extremely rude. This is exactly why you’re better off driving your self to the store than stopping. Seems like not a single restaurant on this street cares how their employees act. 25 bucks wasted save your money

Don’t go here at night. I have placed two orders on the app for night time orders recently. The first time they messed up my sandwiches and shorted me nuggets. This time the worker lied when I asked where the shake was because she gave me a bag that was taped up. She said it was in the bag but it wasn’t. When I called, I got the excuse they aren’t supposed to sell any ice cream and they only have a small amount of it. She could have just said that when I specifically asked about it. I was told to ask doordash for a refund when I used the BK app. It is a totally different experience if you go during the day. No attitude, no lies, and the food given is what you ordered.
