The sandwiches I got were good but the fries we’re not in a bag or on my order so they didn’t even ring me up for them. I ask if I could add a soft serve cone and they said no that it was already turned off for the night.

We were recently at this place, waiting in line with other customers, and watched one of the managers just belittle two of their employees that were making food. Her tone was loud and obnoxious, and totally out of line. We were shocked at the rude unprofessional manner on display. Your employees are your greatest asset.

Burger kings are always hit and miss recently, but our last trip here was great. Service was really quick and the woman who took our order went above and beyond to answer a question my son asked, going as far as coming out our table to show him something. Great staff that night.

When to get some late dinner at around 10pm my daughter wanted fries and me being pregnant just wanted something to eat.. husband ordered us food we went to pay at the window Worker kept telling us card was declined when there was money on his card.. so husband goes inside to see what’s going on because we know there was money on his card and it never gets declined he tries his card again but wouldn’t let him out his code in them he tries his other card that has even way more money on it and it’s declined.. so one of the workers gets mad and uses some nasty language to my husband telling him to get out of his store… meanwhile I’m watching our banks to see if any declined transaction show up but none did… they never ran his card they just didn’t want to serve us so we had to go somewhere else while my kid was screaming she wanted her fries and I’m upset because I was craving some Burger King but when we went to a different place guess what happened our card went through for a higher amount then Burger King.. so after my experience here I’m giving them a one star if I could give a negative I would workers was so rude..

I tried the Fiery Sauced nuggets and is it me or do they taste like the Nashville Hot KFC wings-ish and then like the BBQ Tots at Sonic’s because of the spiced oil that they covered both in? They kinda keep the products moist and kind of warmer than they would’ve been without it. Sonic’s tots kinda back off the original iteration by just covering it with the spices later on without the oil, but BK’s nuggets are all in right now with the oil.

Good location, easy access from the main road. Very happy with the employees, quality of service, and food. They got the order ready promptly despite the line in the drive-thru. Compared to other Burger Kings, this one is good.
