Our experiences at this location only, have been awesome. We will choose another fast food joint instead of another BK, due to the horrible quality and service. But at this location, we have consistently had excellent service and hot fresh food, and they actually fill the fry containers! Yes, it’s true! These guys rock.

Haven’t eaten at Burger King in years due to poor quality and taste. Thought i give this location a shot since this is a newer location. Food was very good. The design of the restaurant was cool to. The employees were friendly not like the zombies you see in most fast food restaurants. I will definitely give this location another visit.

Have been here multiple times a week for the past month while in town visiting family due to it being one of the few places my allergy children can eat. The blonde lady, I’m not sure if she’s the manager, is very rude. She’s been there every single time I’ve gone through the drive thru/inside. Put on a fake happy voice my whole order then forgot to give me something sitting on the counter. I nicely asked about it and she said oh I wasn’t done with that. Walked around for a second, did nothing with it, brought it to me and practically chucked it at me and said here you go in a completely different tone. I said thank you and she said ‘yup’ and slammed the window rolling her eyes. Nice she can put on a fake sweet customer service voice until she’s wrong and gets offended. We also ate inside during another visit and she looked angry that we had come inside to eat and glared the entire time we ordered our food.

I go there once a month maybe to prove to myself this is still garbage. They haven’t made a freshly cooked decent fry since I was in highschool and asking for extra cheese shuts the whole kitchen down for five minutes so they can all use their fingers and toes to count and still not get the number of slices right.

Whopper jr was okay. French fries were fresh and hot. Still disappointed ever since they changed their fries. Onion rings are always my favorite, but they were cold. Frozen coke icee was delicious. It’s your typical fast food joint / BK.

Just got off work and went through the drive thru even though the attendants were nice the burger was dry/ fries had been sitting under lamp because they were not fresh and my onion rings were so hard to break and bite. I was too tired to turn around or to call but this is not acceptable at all

Terrible service, waited in line for twenty minutes only for them to forget some of our food. Another twenty minutes in line. Not the first time either. I’ve been here a couple other times but assumed they where having a bad day. The line is allways long, not moving, and they either forget or mess up my food. Go to another location.
