EVERY TIME I Place an order on Uber or doordash something’s wrong last time I got four old onion rings in my half and half this time I got a small onion ring for a medium $4 for that and then the Royal crispy chicken sandwiches were soggy and tasted like they sat out I had to air fry them for them to taste decent at least my lettuce wasn’t wilted because the old sandwich is cold!! That was just tonight every other time I ordered Whoppers and they were a horrible Even when I got the order within 20 minutes of placing it the food was cold I’ve never gotten a warm meal from this place

Was in line in the lobby for 10 minutes with no one working the front counter. As soon as someone finally came to the counter to take our order they ignored us standing in front of the counter to take another persons order that had just walked in. If you ever want service from this location use drive thru since they will ignore you otherwise and be prepared for an extremely long wait. Honestly the service was better at this location before it caught fire and it is obvious the owner dosnt care since they only respond to positive reviews.

I’ve never come into contact with worse customer service. To make customers sit in your truck for 5 minutes when youre heavily and talk into the microphone about getting off of work and everything but doing your job then whenever asked if I can order my food, the response is I already told you to give me a minute, sir! Well at that point I had already given you five. This place can’t be making money with the terrible employees they have. It has to be a front for something because they don’t care at all about serving people food

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here despite giving them multiple chances. The drive through is usually incredibly slow (it wasn’t today). However, there was some kind of black specks on our fries which I guess is old fryer oil according to other posts. They also forgot both toys in the kids meals and didn’t give us straws. The woman in the drive through wasn’t friendly to say the least. Gave them enough tries, not going back.

Stopped in for breakfast at 830am the French toast sticks were hard and hash browns were cold. The worker was nice and remade everything but if I was going through the drive thru and given that food I would have been really upset. The inside is nice and big just very very cold so I went and ate in my car. The elderly gentleman that works the front is extremely nice and walking around helping everyone.

I know the owner sees these reviews because he responded to a good one a month ago. Why is it seemingly so difficult to drop something fresh? I came through the drive-thru today and ordered a Whopper with cheese and 8 jalapeno cheddar bites. I tried one of the jalapeno bites before I left the window and could tell it had been sitting around for a while. I asked the kid if I can get these made fresh, he left and came back less than a minute and handed me the same damn product. I put myself through school working in restaurant kitchens. I ~know~ how things are supposed to be. I ate three of the jalapeno cheddar bites and threw the rest out because they WERE that bad. You were not busy. What’s the issue? I guess “Have It Your Way” doesn’t apply anymore. Please tell the children working there to make something fresh when asked. I defy you to respond.

I came in at 8 pm. Jennifer has this place running top notch! Our food was fresh, and fast. The dining room was very clean, and welcoming and the experience was much like the service of fast food restaurants of the older days. Very refreshing to see someone who actually cares about their job!

Placed a mobile order in the parking lot at 458pm. They greeted me by name when I walked in, and I gave them the order number.
Nothing complicated. 8pc chicken fry, medium fry, medium cherry coke.
People were coming in after me. Placing orders and getting their food.
At 531, I still did not have my food. Had to leave as I didn’t have time to wait anymore, as I needed to at least order food to be delivered to work so I could eat since I didn’t get off work until 3am.
Support offered a 5 dollar coupon. Mind you, I walked out without a single thing from my order. Which was more than a coupon i would not use since I’m definitely not going back while that crew works there.No wonder this location is 2.5 stars. Stay away.

I placed a mobile order at 1:58. I just got it 10 minutes ago. I usually do drive thru service as I am a Walmart Employee, and I eat in my work parking lot. The manager (I don’t recall her name) has an absolutely TERRIBLE attitude. She, as rudely as she could, explained that they’re doing dine-in only, so when I asked if I could simply pick up my mobile order via drive thru, I was told it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I go inside, where I waited another 15 minutes before I got my order. Mind you, I am on my lunch break, and only get an hour total. Then, when I go to scarf down my whopper because I now only have 20 minutes, it had extra everything. I’m talking heavy mayo, mustard, and ketchup (which I asked for light), lettuce, and tomato, when I ordered the sandwich with no lettuce or tomato… overall this was a VERY poor experience. The guy that was working was amazing, very cheerful and apologetic; however, the manager had a VERY crappy attitude, and the person preparing the food just kept complaining she wanted to go home. As much as I love Burger King, i will not be eating it on the days I work in beavercreek anymore.
And I’d also like to state that I’ve worked with the general public while being short staffed. Demeanor is everything. You are servicing the community… if you don’t want to be, don’t sign up for a job where that’s your main task.

Traveling Adventures
Tater crowns were cold and tasted like they were soaked in salt. Would love to have the option in-app to order those salt free. The biscuit sandwich was hot, but was not fresh, the biscuit was over baked, the toppings made the biscuit beyond soggy, if it was made fresh, the biscuit would not be salty. First time at this location, will not return.
BK, please do not ask me to contact you, you take the review to the franchise owner and fix how they prepare “fresh” food.
